Chapter 2: Blacked out

CHAPTER TWO

*Ian's POV*

"Good, the fans are crazy!" I said to Dan and Phil. I stood there for a bit, taking in the two boys. I had seen their live show earlier, and I wasn't happy.

*LIVE SHOW*

"So there's something phil and I wanted to tell you guys." I heard Dan say. I looked up to the stage, only to see him grab Phil's hand and smile.

"We're together. And yes, phan is real." Phil said.

My heart stopped. Those words, those two words were like nails. "We're together"

I blinked, hearing the crowd gasp, along with fangirls shrieking with joy. I couldn't believe this!

A sudden noise made me look back to the stage. Dan had fallen to the ground, and Phil was kneeling beside him. I pushed my way to the front of the crowd, and climbed onto the stage.

Dan had fainted.

*BACK TO PRESENT*

I sighed. Seeing the two boys grab hands and laugh with each other made my heart feel heavy. I hang told anyone my secret, not even Ant.

I couldn't tell anyone I was gay...

*Phil's POV*

I grasped my hand with Dan's, glad we had told the fans. We didn't have to hide it anymore. We didn't have to steal away and hide from the fans just for a quick hug.

"Well we have another live show in about ten minutes." I say, reminding Dan.

"Would you like to come Ian?"

He stared into my eyes, then replied with a disgruntled,"sure."

He seemed mad about something. I just couldn't quite keep my finger on it.

--two minutes before the live show--

"Dan! Stop!" I cried, as Dan was tickling me. He smiled and I felt my eyes scroll down his body, stopping at his feet, then going back up to his face.

"Fine, but no promises about later!" He said laughing.

We heard our names being called onto the stage and as we walked on, I grabbed Dan's hand. He smiled at me then turned to the audience, waving.

"Hey guys! So this our second and final live show of the day and I just wanted to say-" I was cut off by somebody yelling from the crowd.

"HEY GAY FAGS! GUESS WHAT?" I heard the voice yell.

The next few seconds seemed to go in slow motion. I saw a boy, he looked about our age, stand up, holding something in his hand. "FUCK YOU!" He yelled at us, and he threw what he was holding.

In the few seconds it took to realize that what he had thrown was a small, yet big enough rock, he had disappeared. I turned to Dan, seeing him staring at what was coming at us.

Then it hit him. The rock hit Dan square on the head, causing him to fall to the ground.

*Dan's POV*

I saw the rock coming toward me, but before I could react I felt a sharp pain, the the floor.

My vision blurred and the last thing I saw was Phil leaning over me, a worried look on his face.

Then I blacked out.
