Chapter 3

Hyera's POV

Finally, I can hug my teddy bear. Oh yes. I miss my teddy bear so much. "Hyera, please stop screaming. I'll become deaf. Don't you know that?" I laugh when my sister burst in. It's kinda like her routine tho. Burst in without knocking. "And what are you doing here? Burst in my room without knocking. Where's your manners?" She roll her eyes and then left. "As expected from Hyemin." I said while browsing the internet using my laptop. I got a lot of message from Raeyoo. What's wrong with this kid huh? Instead of replying to her message, I'll call her. I dial her number and she answer it right away.

"Hey, you're spamming my message box."

"What? I miss youuu."

"Then? Let's meet this Saturday! But, I need to check my schedules first just in case there's something I have to do during that day."

"Okay gurl. Do tell me!"

I hung up and immediately run downstairs. I froze at the end of the staircase after seeing something unexpected. "M-Mom." My mom look at me while smiling. "They're your bestfriend right? I have to do something so can you serve a juice or a tea for them?" I nod to her and she left. "Hey, Chanyeol!" I said happily and he just wave at me as usually. On the other sofa, I saw Byun Baekhyun who pout at me for not greeting him. "What are you guys doing here?" I ask them while walking toward the kitchen. "We're bored." Baekhyun said and then Chanyeol look at me with his cheeky grin. "He want tell you something that will make you think he's lying!" I saw Baekhyun smack his head and I immediately laugh. "So, what is it?" I ask them while placing the glass in front of them. "How do I say this?" I look at Baekhyun with full of curiousity. "Tell me." Chanyeol look at him too. "I'm dating Yoonha!" He said excitedly. I can't even bear to listen anymore. My heart is breaking into a pieces.

What happen?

Am I dreaming?

"C-Congratulations!" I said while forcing myself to smile. I don't know why I can't be myself right now. I just want to dissappear. "Thank you!" His rectangle smile appear on his face as he said that. What's wrong with me? Why am I suddenly having the urge to cry? "Hyera, are you okay?" Chanyeol ask me while frowning. He knew me well than the others. He's always there for me when I'm going through something. No matter if it's hard or easy. He's just that kind of a guy. "I'm okay." I said, still forcing a smile. "Okay then. Let's go Baekhyun-ssi. You have a date with Yoonha right?" Chanyeol elbowed him and he just nod. "Goodbye and have fun." Both of them then leave my house. I don't want to talk with him for a while. I decide that I'm gonna avoid him. But the truth is, I can't. Because I am his bestfriend after all. Why should I avoid him? I'm supposed to be happy when he is dating Yoonha. But at the same time, I'm kinda hurt.

I wear my casual clothes and walk downstairs just to see that my mom already left and my sister was at her friend's house. So right now, I'm all alone. Should I call Raeyoo to come over? Hmm, I think that's not a good idea. While thinking about how should I spend my day today, my phone suddenly start ringing. I look at the caller ID and immediately answer it. I heard Baekhyun's voice from the other side and I have known this for a while now but his voice is so sweet. I wonder why I can't say that to him face to face? Is it because it's too embarrassing?

"Yes?"

"Hey! Let's go somewhere!"

"I'm not sure about going out because I'm alone right now. Anyway, don't you have a date with Yoonha?"

"Nope. Please Hyera! I'm gonna pick you up."

"Fine."
