"I know yesterday we went out and that was fun, but today I think we need to chill. Does that sound alright? We can make a start on your YouTube channel." Zoe asked at breakfast.
"Yeah. I need to go through my wardrobe too." I said I between mouth fulls of pop tarts.
First, Zoe helps me with my wardrobe.
"Wow. Your clothes are awesome. I love your taste."
"Thanks. My mum and I used to go on shopping sprees, not that we had much money. We'd mostly look."
We went through me suitcase and boxes.
"I'll be back I need to go to the ladies room. I will bring back your bags from yesterday too." Zoe walks out.
I carry on, going through a box of stuff, but then I find that book. The book I found when me and Riley were going through my bag.
As I open it a wave of sadness hits me. Uncontrollable tears come out as I look at the photos of my mum and I. There are even some baby photos of me and Riley sitting in a bubbly bath.
I call Riley.
"Riley. I need to talk. I found something that is to important for over the phone."
"Can we do it another day. I'm a bit busy." She sniffs. It sounds like she's running.
"No Riley. This is..." She cuts me of.
"No! I said I'm busy. Bye." She hangs up. That's not the Riley I know...
Zoe comes back with the bags. I quickly wipe away my tears and hid the book under my bed.
"Wow, I didn't realise all those bags were mine."
"Well, a few are presents from Louise and Tanya."
"Hi guys, I'm Maya and I'm starting a YouTube channel... No that sounds, weird. What was your intro like?"
"Exactly like that. It doesn't have to be perfect. But when you get a lot of views, like I have, you can change it. But for now, that sounds fine."
Zoe sits behind the camera, Nala on her lap. She try's to make me laugh to make the video interesting.
"Hi guys so I'm Maya and this is my YouTube channel. I'll be doing nail art, hair tutorials, DIYs and probably some vlogs. So subscribe and follow the links below to my snapchat and Instagram."
"Omigod! Maya that awesome. You are going to be an Internet sensation." She hugged me. "Ok so know we need a good intro. How about letting the world know your story..."
"So I'm going to tell you a bit about myself. About a year ago my mum died in a car accident and I lived in an orphanage, up until now... So I have a new home now. I'm living with Zoella and Alfie. They adopted me a few weeks ago actually..."
Zoe said not to upload the video until I feel comfortable with the attention.
