It was a day full of rescues and the pups were tired. "Pups we have another job to do." Ryder said. The pups groaned and Ryder walked to the Lookout. "I'll just need Chase, Marshall, and Rocky for this one pups." Ryder said. "What's the emergency?" Chase asked. "A fire at the bridge." "AGAIN?!" Marshall asked. "Yep. Again." Ryder said.

Ryder P.O.V
The bridge was burning and Marshall was trying his best to put out the flames while Chase and Rocky tried to get cars away from here. Then I heard a cracking sound and then a yelp. I looked and saw Marshall crushed under a support beam and wires. Then a wave crashed onto the bridge putting out the fire and trapping Marshall under more support beams and wires. I pulled out my pup pad and called Rubble over to help.

"Marshall...your paws are broke and it may take a while to heal. And you're not going to be doing any rescues. I'm sorry." Ryder said. Everyone was upset about Marshall. Especially Chase. Marshall laid in his pup house sleeping and Chase sat outside waiting for him to wake up. Chase knew he'd caused the support beam to fall but he didn't say anything in fear of being rejected or cast out...
