Another character from my horror comic, "Misery Loves Company". In a famous photograph by Kostin, a gas-masked Liquidator is pushing a dead child in a carriage that was left behind in the Evacuation of Pripyat during the Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster. This (for my story purposes), is the spirit of that poor child (hence the radiation burns). Her true name is Nina Rosnokov, but they call her Crybaby because of her tormented soul causing her tears to never stop.
