Peter's POV

Nagperform ang ibang contestant ng kani-kanilang talents. I'm still taken aback by the way Reina sang the song. Is it just me or talagang parang damang dama niya bawat line ng kanta. Is she heart broken? Impossible! I thought she's the devil.

Nagpalit na kami ng pang formal na attire. Naka black tuxedo ako, simple but elegant. Naglabasan na kaming mga contestants isa isa at nag line up para sa question and answer. Mga babae ang unang tinanong according by number.

After the two ladies ay turn na ni Reina.

"Good evening contestant number three." Bati ng judge

"Good evening to you too." Reina answered courteously.

"Pick one and give it to me and I will read out your question." Utos ng judge.

Nanguha si demonyita ng isang piraso ng papel mula sa box at inabot sa judge.

"Here's your question. Are you ready?" Tanong sa kanya.

"Ready as I'll ever be." She replied reluctant and confident.

"In a situation where you have everything, for example beauty, brains, and heart, and then you fell in love with a special someone. You went out with him, got to know him better then you fell madly in love with each other. But one day, you were very happy until he told you that you're both better in separate ways. What will your reaction be and why?" The judge read out.

Parang natigilan ang demonyita sa tanong nung jugde. Broken ba siya? Kanina ay feel na feel niya yung kanta tapos ngayon nanigas sa harapan.

"Well, if I was in that situation. I'm not going to lie. I'll be very mad at him of course. I mean who wouldn't be, but before I let all hell break loose, I'll confront him why did he want to break up especially when I've done nothing wrong. Shouldn't he have an acceptable reason why he wanted to break up with me. He should've told me what it was and as an understanding girlfriend, I'll try to process it why he wanted to part ways. If it was coming to that, wouldn't it be better if we both go in our separate ways where we both know the reason why so we won't make the same mistake again and so that we won't be hurt like before. That is all." Sagot ng demonyita.

Parang alam na alam niya ang isasagot niya. I'm very curious about this devil. I mean she's a devil, why on earth will she fall in love. And who will be the guy to fall in live with her? Probably Satan right?

Natapos na ang mga girls sa pagsagot ng questions at time na para saaming mga boys. The first two contenders were finished answering then it was my turn.

I picked a piece of paper from the box then gave it to the judge.

"I know that you, Mr Peter Jameson Roux have been crowned king for two consecutive years, but erase all your reputation on being the king and son of the owner of J.E Roux University. Who are you and what will you be?" Judge.

"Simple, I'll make the best out of everything. If I'm not who I am today, then I'm better as a nobody. I am my father's son after all." Sagot ko.

Spell swag. P-E-T-E-R.

After an hour, natapos din ang question and answer. Then it's awarding time! Yeah boy!

"Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've all been waiting for. The time to announce the winners of this year's Arlington Runway!" Emcee

"As usual, ladies first."

"This year's female winner is no other than, Ms Reina Vallery Harper!"

Reina walked in front. Ibig sabihin ay panalo din ako since partners ang winner. I mentally celebrated as she went in front.

"Uhm, there's a bit of change in the rules for the competition. I know we said that if one of the partner wins, you both win. Unfortunately, the partner of our QUEEN is not Mr Peter Jameson Roux."

What the hell was that! Hindi ako ang panalo? What kind of nonsense is this? They stated it in the rules! Paano nangyari ito!

"I know you're all shocked as I am but the person incharge of this runway said it so. Moving on. The KING of this year's Arlington runway is no other than Mr Febryx Raphael Williams.
