Is this a good idea?

I sat back on my chair and looked at my desk where the pink box laid. Long story, short. Tomorrow it's mine and Mabel's 16th birthday. Curse of twins? I don't only receive presents, I also have to give one.

When I was walking down the mall with my best friend, I looked through the glass into the shop, it was a jewellery one. The only thing that caught my attention was a beautiful necklace, it was a diamond heart, pierced with an arrow. It was so shiny, Mabel likes shiny stuff. Mabel. Ah Mabel... I have no idea what's going on with me recently. She's on my mind; however not in a normal way. Not a sibling way! Mabel is just so beautiful, and cute, and attractive, and understanding, and loving, and kind, and perf...

"Dude, you there?" Asked Jesse as I snapped out of my corrupted thoughts.
"Yeah sorry. It's just the birthday, it's coming up and that necklace would be a nice present." I said as I pointed at it.
" Love heart ...really? You are pushing the boundaries mate." Said Jesse with his heavy British accent. Jesse is the only person who knew about my strange emotions towards Mabel. Don't even ask how come I told him, sort of just flew out of my mouth. He wasn't weirded out about it, but let's say he cracks an inside joke about it whenever he can though.
" Oh come on she will love it." I moaned.
"Aha, but what brother buys shit like that?? Anyway, do what you want. I need to go now, see you in school" He said while walking off.
"Bye J"
I brought it.

And here we are, back by the desk. I'm thinking to myself is it a good idea? Will it look weird? Will she realise what I feel like towards her? Does she feel the same...Yeah, yeah. Dream on Dipper.

Ah, either way the birthday is tomorrow and I don't have another preset or even an idea for one. It's gonna be fine.
I got up and went to the bathroom. Took a quick shower and let the boiling water relaxed my muscles. I was actually pretty proud of them, for about 6 months now Jesse has been forcing me to go gym with him and I won't lie, I can clearly see some effects. I also reached 6 foot recently, another reason to be proud then.
I went back to my room and collapsed on the bed thinking of how amazing life would be if me and Mabel weren't related.
