Waking up was hard. It was possibly mid-afternoon. the sun was shining through the closed curtains. I sat up, the warmth of the blankets leaving my body. I shivered lightly as my stomach growled signaling that I want food. I lazily got out of the soft bed and got dressed in my maid uniform. Yawning I walked towards the kitchen.
"Oi, your up, Sebastian told me to give this to ya." Bard handed me a bottle of milk, warm food, and a note with writing on it. I sat on the stool and read the note. "Morning kitten, I went into town with the young master. Be back later, get enough rest and don't overwork yourself.~Sebastian." I put the hand written note in my breast pocket and ate the food. I let out a purr of happiness, finally feeling hunger leave me alone. "He also told me to not let you get stressed for the sake of the baby." A blush fumed over my face. "Who did he all tell?" "Just the staff." I let out a sigh of relief, the young master and Lizzie didn't know. As the day went on, the server's helped out with alot of my chores. I swear these people are over reacting.
As night dawned I stared out the hall window, yawning. Someone grabbed me from behind and I let out a startled squeak, my instincts ready to fight. "You look quite lovely in the moonlight mi'lady." I blushed and shook my head. "One of these days Sebastian, you're going to do that and I'll end up attacking you." He brought his lips to mine. "Good thing I like to live dangerously then, kitten." "Such a romantic, but I'm too tired to hear it." "Y'know you're going to have to tell the young master." "Yes I know we have to, but right now I just want to sleep." "My my, you've become quite lazy." He chuckled. "Sebastian I'm always lazy, I'm a cat." He picked me up and carried me to our room. He gently laid me down before going to put the young master to bed. I lasted my hands on my stomach, wondering what other reactions would be. Such as my evil sister finding out. Who knows what she would do? I really wish my dad were here. For a demon he was pretty nice. Sometimes when I had a bad dream, he would rock me to sleep. Before I knew it, my pondering turned into sleep.
I woke up to the moon high in the sky, strong arms wrapped around my waist, resting on my stomach. Of all the times I had to pee, it just had to be when he was holding me. I sighed and carefully slid out of his arms and replaced myself with a pillow till I got back.
The next day was tiring, but Sebastian asked me, (more like forced) to tell the young master and everyone else. Oh, and just my luck, Lady Elizabeth was here. "Star, what is it you have to tell us?" Ciel asked while drinking his tea. I took a slow breath. "I'm pregnant." I squeeze my eyes shut as Lizzie hugs me tight letting out happy giggles. Ciel stared at me shocked, and i have him a warm smile. "Star, you know this means that you're relieved from you maid duties. Being a Phantomhive servant is dangerous." I pouted, "then what am I supposed to do?" "Relax obviously." I stared at him, I couldn't help but smile. My young master is just the cutest! I gave a curtsy, "ofcourse my lord." "But you can still cook occasionally." I had to refrain myself from hugging the young boy.
Ah it would be my cooking he liked, I remember when my mom taught me to cook. Visions of my mom in the kitchen came to mind, my dad hugging her from behind before picking me up and tossing me in the air and hoisted me onto his strong shoulders. I miss those days as a little girl, but it was the best, and now I have my future growing inside me.
