Stuck like a caged animal but it's all in my head I'm running from myself so lost, so alone, so confused. It's like a war is going on in my brain my thoughts are scrambled I can't tell what's real and what's not anymore. I'm screaming for help but all that comes out is a fake smile and the words I'm okay. My pleas' are really arguments with my loved ones my arms are yet again littered with painful red cuts. I need help before its to late, before the voices take complete control. Somebody help me please I'm lost alone and losing my battle. I can't drown my demons they know how to swim.
