Today is court day for my dad and my siblings and I am kinda nervous because are mom has been gone since January and its march but I am happy anyway.

My brothers and sisters all sit in the front of the court next to my dad and his lawyer and the judge said" so mrs.Jennings you will like to have custody of your 5 children right" mom said "yes ma'am" the judge said " ok can I have 1 child at a time come step to the stand and talk" I went first and the judge said "who do you wanna live with and why" I said "my mom because she cares about me and she is a stay home mom and I can rely on her about anything" the judge said "ok how old are you Lacey" I said " I am 13 years old " the judge said "okay thank you" next was my big brother the judge said the same thing she asked me and he responded "my mother because she makes me do the right decisions and I am going to college next year and she helped me more than my own father" and the judge let him sit down, next was the twins the just asked the same thing and jade said "mommy cause me love her" Jada said " mommy cause I love her she my favorite" and the judge let them be seated and next was my younger sister and she said "mom cause she nicer and don't hit me like Dada do cause he hit me with shoe and it hurt" and my mom won custody and my dad had to stay 200 feet away from my mom from beaten her.
