Chapter 9:Sleep

Jesy's POV.

"Niall, let me sleep." I yawned and turned over in the bed. "Please let's have a sleep over babe?" Niall whines and I shake my head. "I'm tired so shut up." I say and tuck my head user my pillow. I started fiddling with my necklace that draped around my neck.

"Babe?" Niall's voice whispered around the dark room. "What Ni?" I ask angrily. He flicked the lamp on and looked at me. "What's the necklace for?" He ask and tears brim in my eyes.

"You want to hear the whole story or the short one" I ask "both"

"Because it's a necklace and I wear it." I say and laugh

"Real answer. My father left me and my mum when I was fourteen. Three years later my mum got sick. The day I met Jade, Perrie, and Leigh Anne was the day my mum died. She gave me this necklace." I say opening it up to show him the picture.

"I'm sorry." Niall hugs me and I wipe the tears away from my eyes. "It's in the past now. I focus on the future" I tell him and he nods. "Let me sleep now yeah?" I ask him and he nods.

I woke up with a start. My body freezing I bring the comforter close to my body. Niall left so I was alone. It was about 12:00 pm so I decided to get up.

I walk out pulling my hair into a bun and say down on the couch. One thing I don't t do in the morning is talk. I'm always quiet when I wake up.

"Jesy" a voice boomed and I looked up to see Louis. "We need to talk." He tells me and sits down next to me. "Well, we need to know each other better" he tells me and I nod.

"I'll list 10 facts about me." I say and he nods.

"Ok so I love to sleep, I don't like to talk in the morning, I have no family left, my half sister ran away at 15, I met the girls In a hospital, I'll do anything for my friends, I like food, I love doing fun things on dates, I had my first kiss in 8th grade and music is the most important thing in my life." I let out a breathe and Louis nods.

"Cool." He says and walk away. "Are you gonna tell me 10 facts about you." I yell. "Nope!" He said popping the 'P'

"You little." I stop myself before I said the word. Jade would kill me if I said a bad word.

"Never mind" I replied and I heard a chuckle and I slumped back down on the couch.

On the tv screen words popped up that seemed very interesting. 'One directions new girlfriends. Sluts wanting attention.' I gasped at the sight and turn the Telly off and lay on my back.

"Mum. I need you. I really do." I whisper and close my eyes and fall asleep AGAIN.
