It was already seven in the evening when the ferry docked at the Jeju port.She wasnt sure if she did the right thing.She had thought it for umpteenth time when the ferry left Busan.She left Seoul so that she could think things over..things that happed to her these past days.She felt so vulnerable.Her father decieved her.Even though his motives were good,but the point was he didnt keep his promise.
She discovered the secret about her life.At the same time,she also found out that the man she thought that she could show off to her family wasnt worthy. It certainly had nothing to do with the pain and guilt she was feeling inside.Her relationship and feelings with Minho wasnt that strong yet.An image of his handsome and charming face crossed her mid.
And she hadnt shed a tear yet.And she didnt know why she came in Jejudo.
How stupid of her to consider the way she first met him as romantic.Perhaps one of the reasons why she immediately had taken him.
FLASH BACK:
From the beauty salon,she invited Na Yeon to Pierre Gagnaire,a famous french dining located in Jung-gu,Seoul..Afer she gave her order to the waitress,she stood up from her chair to go to the ladies.As she walked towards the ladies room,she bumped into Minho.He dropped his bag and the things inside it scattered on the floor.She apologized and bent down to help him picked his things and put it back into his bag.They were sample medicines and prescription pads.
She would learn later that Minho was a medical representative. Not to mention that he looked like it in white long-sleeved polo and necktie and black slacks and leather shoes.
That was how they started to know each other.She offered him to join them to their table because he was alone inspite of the objection on her nanny's eyes.
Minho was charming and with a good sense of humor and he insisted on paying the bill.When they parted,Minho gave his own calling card.And when she hesitated to give her number,Minho asked directly for it.
One meeting led to another.On the third time they met,her nanny commented about him.
"I dont like that guy,Soojung"her nanny said while frowning.
"Nanny!"she exclaimed,laughing at the same time.She was used to her."He's kind and polite.What else could be wrong with him?"
''Thats the problem."her nanny aswered."He's too perfect.That isnt real.Its like he is faking his every moves."
She rolled her eyes."You dont like him just because hes exemplary?Oh,god!"she didnt know how to react.
Minho didnt know who she really was.It wasnt the thing that could easily say.And she introduced her nanny to him as her aunt when her nanny insisted that she would go with her everytime they have a date.But Minho didnt ever show irritation and confusion.He also didnt ask and suggested that they go on a date without a chaperone.It seemed like he accepted that her nanny would always be with her everytime they meet.
On their last two dates,her nanny allowed her to drive alone because she insisted it.She felt uncomfortable to talk with Minho while her nanny was listening.
