Raine's POV

            I was really happy for Kade, he beat Seth and now he has his full power. I laid facing him with my head resting on his chest. His arms were wrapped around me, and he was kissing my head. I could have stayed like that forever, but my stupid phone had to go off. I moved out of his arms and rolled to grab my phone.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Raine, it's Jada. Seth gave me your number. Are we still on for today?" She asked me.

"Um, yeah. I'll meet you at the mall in like an hour." I told her.

"Ok, sounds good." I could hear the smile in her voice.

"See you." And I hung up on her. I stared at the phone before I decided to go get ready.

"Kade, can I borrow your car?" I asked him as I went into the closet to find some clothes. we were still downstairs, Kade and Riley were going to move our stuff up stairs today.

"Yeah babe." He answered me.

"Thanks love." I grabbed my favorite pair of purple jeans and a Avenged Sevenfold t-shirt that I knew was Kade's. I headed for the bathroom and I closed the door this time and turned on the water. I stripped off my night clothes and stepped into the shower, the water was burning my skin but it felt so good at the same time. I didn't want to get out but I had too after about 15 minutes in the shower. I stepped out and toweled off quickly and pulled on my clothes. I headed out of the bathroom and Kade was still laying in bed.

"Hey, that's my shirt." He said when he took in what I was wearing. I just smiled at him and headed up stairs to get something to eat.  I walked into the kitchen and found some chocolate milk and I nice tall glass. I turned around and I saw Carter and Faith were talking.

"Hey guys." I said after I took a drink.

"Hey Raine, have you heard the news?" Faith asked me.

"No. What?" I asked, and downed half of the glass of chocolate milk.

"tomorrow is Carter's 18th birthday."

"Oh cool. Party?" I asked.

"Yeah, and I was wondering if we could have it here?" Faith asked me.

"How about in the clearing?" I asked her back.

"That will work," She paused, she looked like she was thinking. "I wondered if Riley will drive me into town today?"

"I'll take you. I'm heading there in like 30 minutes, to meet Jada at the mall." I told her and a she had a huge smile on her face.

"Sweet, sounds good. Ill meet at the front door in 30." She told me and took off to go get ready.  I finished off my chocolate milk and put the glass in the sink when I turned around to talk to Carter he was gone. I shrugged my shoulders and headed back down stairs to finish getting ready. I opened the door to the bedroom to find Kade and Riley talking.

"Hey Riley." I told him and he just waved to me and I headed to the bathroom to brush my teeth.

            I brushed my teeth and then took my time fixing up my hair and putting on my make up. after I was please, I headed out of the bedroom, to see that I had about 5 minutes left to kill. Kade was coming out of the closet with a box of clothes in his hand. he gave me a smile and headed out. I followed after him.

"Hey, Kade where are your keys at?" I asked him, he set the boxes down on the table and pulled out a set of keys and handed them to me.

"Have fun." He told me and I just gave him a smile and went to wait by the front door. I only had to wait a little bit till Faith showed up, she was wearing blue boot cut jeans and a black shirt. I gave her a smile and we headed out the door. I led her to Kade's black F150 sitting in front of the house. I started up the truck and put in reverse.

            When I was out far enough I put in drive and headed for town. the drive into the town was about 10 minutes or so. I texted Jada and told her that I would be a little late. She told me that it was fine. I closed my phone and was waiting for the light to turn green. as soon as it did I pushed the gas to go, I got the middle of the intersection and the engine cut off and we sat there.

"What happen?" Faith asked me.

"I don't know." I told her and my phone went off.

Good-bye forever. I stared at the screen and I didn't see the diesel truck come out and smash into the side of the truck. the air bag went off and I felt blood running down my face. I looked over to see that Faith was unconscious. I looked out the window and I saw the truck that just smashed into us. I picked up my phone and saw that the text was from Jada. I exited out of that and dialed Kade's number.

"Hello?" He asked when he picked up on the second ring.

"Faith and me were in a car wreck, get here, please. It hurts to breath and I can't see that well." I told him and I felt blackness engulf me.

Kade's POV

"RAINE!" I yelled into the phone but I didn't get an answer back. I dropped the box I was carrying and ran to get Riley.  I almost hit him when he was coming down the stairs.

"Riley we need to go. the girls were in an accident." I told him.

"Go I'll grab my keys." He told me and I ran down the stairs with him following me I headed out the front door and Riley went to grab  set of keys and he unlocked the door to a 06 mustang. I hoped into the passenger seat and Riley was in the driver. He started it up and put it in gear. and he was speeding by the time we were heading into town.

            We got to the scene and police were already there. I saw Faith and Raine laying on the ground. I ran over to her and I could feel Riley following me again. I dropped down beside her and picked her up. "Raine, can you hear me?" I asked her. She gave a soft groan. I felt tears leak down my face. "Raine." I kept saying over and over again. I could hear Riley soft cries from behind me. After about three minutes, I felt a hand on my shoulder and then I heard Riley's voice. "Can you heal them?" He asked me.
