This AU involves an underground, overworld, and over-overworld. There is a race of human-monster hybrids that live above the world of Undertale, called Angels, and they keep hidden from the other worlds, keeping balance and peace. The barrier will always break, and after war there will be peace, and after peace there is inevitably war.
They live outside of timelines, and resets, and are immortal until manually killed - they don't get ill or die of old age. By 'live outside of timelines and resets', I mean they don't get their memories erased, or get teleported back to their original positions, all that happens is a type of alarm goes off in their head when a reset happens, and a flash of white joins it when a timeline reset happens. They are regal beings with a monster and human form - their monster form is specific to them, depending on their soul, and their human form is tall, large-eyed, straight-backed, slender, long, and has long hair. Their eyes are any colour, but change tone of colour with their mood. Like my OC, their left eyes glow their soul colour when using mental powers, and their soul colour crawls down this eye down their left side, and the same happens in their right eyes when using physical powers, with the addition of the access point (hand, feet, or mouth, etc) glowing the same colour. They have a ribbon-like thing in their hair that, when a strand is taken out and wrapped around another's soul, can allow them to talk telepathically with the person the soul belongs to. This can happen to non-angels too. If a soulmate or Bonded Friend with a non-angel, an angel can give them the gift of having the same ribbon-like protrusion. If the non-angel doesn't have hair, it will just attach to their Soul, only accessible when their Soul is taken out. If one wraps their ribbon around another's soul, and they do it back, they can feel each other's emotions, hear each other's thoughts, and are the first people to know if the other dies.
One final thing, there is a type of Angelic animal called a Seimal (sy-mal) that takes the form of the owner's soul colour horse, horse with wings, or dragon. They can switch between the three. The owner can, with practise, develop a bond with the animal, allowing them to give the Seimal orders mind-to-mind, instead of with verbal commands, or reins. That's about it.
