"...I guess?" He's definitely going to take that as a yes. Well, no turning back now.
"Ok." He said astounded since he probably didn't think I'd accept his request so quickly.
I sighed thinking of how ridiculous this was. I literally just agreed to a stranger that I'd be his servant to be able to learn a stupid skill called nen. Well, I guess I am learning techniques from one of the worlds most famous assassins.
Plus, he's attractive, which is a bonus, but his personality pisses me off still."Hey, I never got your name. Or I could just call you an ignorant child..." He smirked again. I swear, if he smirks one more time...
"Lyra is fine, thank you very much." I said with annoyance.
"That's a weird name–"
"Hey–"
"but it's unique, and I like it." He said. My cheeks got warm again from his sudden compliment. Definitely wasn't expecting that from that ass-hat.
"Thanks I guess." I said as I shoved my hands in my pockets. Killua looked out where the rain was coming down and sighed.
"By the way, lemme borrow your umbrella, I didn't bring one and I don't think it's going to stop raining anytime soon." He said holding out his hand expecting me to automatically give it to him.
"Huh? I need an umbrella too. Can't you just run home really fast? You're a Hunter."
"Didn't you just agree that you'd be my servant and do whatever I asked of you? Guess you're not learning nen anytime soon." He said teasingly.
"Are you serious?! Ugh! Fine! Here's the umbrella, masterrrrr!" I said sarcastically shoving the umbrella into his chest instead of his arms. I stormed off into the rain before he could make anymore requests. My clothes were getting wet, but I didn't care anymore, I just wanted to go home.
With my hair and clothes dripping with water only 1 minute into my walk back, I heard splashing behind me and turned around. Seriously, what does he want now??? I walked quicker, but Killua appeared right next to me with the umbrella over both of us. What is he doing?
"Hey, I didn't say I wouldn't share the umbrella with you. Also, I like to treat servants with respect. It's a habit since I've always had butlers kindly serving me when I lived with my family." He said, avoiding looking in my direction.
"Oh... Thanks. You could of at least stopped me before I went out in the rain." I said pouting my lips. He looked at me, and then away, and smiled. What is with this guy?? He's a jerk for one second and then the next he acts all sweet: like an act. Yep, definitely tsundere. And why do I feel so comfortable around him??? He's and ex-assassin, and he's a Hunter, and who knows what kind of Hunter...
We walked in silence until we got back to the parking garage where my car was. He shook off the rain water from my umbrella and handed it back to me. I was about to get in my car when I heard the door on the other side close. I shook my head when I saw Killua sitting in the car too.
"What are you doing?"
"Well, you are my servant now, so you have to live with me obviously. I was going to ask you to drive me to my apartment."
