Going up to my bedroom, I undress into my pajamas and get in bed, plug my phone in near me, and get ready to snooze. James left a few hours ago, and I think I might hang out Tomorrow, or today in this case because it's 5 in the morning. The only way it seem for me to make the day is to drink LOTS of coffee. While the sun is still down, I'll take advantage of the darkness, since it's hard to sleep when the sun is blinding you.
                  ............
Turning over to my alarm clock, I see its 10:30 AM. Not bad I slept 5 hours! I still feel some what energized by those 5 hours, so, I pick out some cute clothes that I've always adored. My black lace top, mint skirt, and my mint converse with my customized black laces. I take a selfie on snapchat and post it to my story. Again, I sit down on my bed and think what to do for the day. My phone buzzes, and I immediately check to see who it is. James!

Meet me outside of your place at 6, come in swim wear.

"A beach date? A pool date? Date?" I ask myself.
................
When 6 rolls around, I'm looking cute as ever. My bathing suit a pastel purple, perfect WATERPROOF makeup, and even my phone being fully charged. Of course this took me 3 hours, but I finally may get a great guy.
Pulling the car door open, and driving to the beach, was full of laughs and I don't think I've ever laughed this hard before with anyone.
James gets a picnic basket from the trunk and some blankets and towels. Attempting to help, I grab some towels and the blanket. Closing the trunk door, we walk towards the hot sand, we both run-walk not being able to bear the temperature of the sand. We slide down into a awkward sitting position and break out laughing. When we stop laughing, I start setting up our "beach camp" as James calls it. We set the blanket down with some rocks, and then neatly set down the towels I tip so they don't get sandy, and then put the mystery picnic basket down in the middle. I attempt to open it, but James peripheral vision catches me trying to open it.
"That's for a bit later, trust me."
I nod, and then take off my coverup. Running to the shore with James 2 footsteps behind with me, we splash in as we hold hands. Popping up for air a few seconds later, we burst into a laughter fit as always. I've never been this happy in past relationships, always been quiet and awkward, but when I'm with James the world is brighter, people are happier, life in general is just.... better.
"What are you thinking about Allie?" James inquiries.
"Nothing..." I murmur.
"Okay. Just wanted you to look at the sunset." He replies.
In awe, I gasp, "It's beautiful."
"Not as beautiful as you." He gushes.
My blushing is apparent, as always. James signals me to the "beach camp" and then when we arrive he opens up the picnic basket. Low and behold, my favorite food, chocolate strawberries! James picks one up and plops it in his mouth while still taking off the green stem area.
"Take one!" James offers.
"Fine."
I take one into my mouth and the taste is amazing! The chocolate immediately melts in my mouth.
"Mmmmmm." I mumble.
"You like it?" He giggles.
"Yeah. A lot!" I exclaim.
"Wanna start heading home after one more dip in the water?" James inquires.
"Yeah, why not?" I respond.
We wade into the pool, while holding hands. Again, the waves crash over us.
