Getting ripped apart

I need help please I can't take it no more I'm getting tired and so lifeless without tasha its tearing my heart apart and I can't focus properly and I'm mucking around badly getting Into fights and the old Aj isn't here anymore my heart is just nothing but filled with sorrow and darkness tasha was the only thing that lit my heart up with joy and I thank her for that but also I can't stop thinking of how dumb I am for breaking her heart on her birthday yet she gives me a second chance like seriously Im not special anyway peace
