The Girl in the Dark ~Naruto Fanfic~ *On Hold till winter break*

Chapter 1

~Third POV~

Naurto was giving my final farewells too Inari and the rest of the village people that came to see us out. I slapped on my signature bright smile and walked out onto the bridge with the rest of my team.

" I'm sure gonna miss them" he sighed 

"I'm sure we will see them again" Kakashi replied but all attention was put on his book so he just nodded and turned forward letting his mind wander, the ninja were unaware of the young girl watching them and she smirked turning away heading back to the hideout.

"Hn he's progressed far he even obtained the sharingan on this little mission...I think I'll keep that little information to myself"she thought to herself and went to Orochimaru 

"Ahh my angel has returned what do you have so far"

"He's has progressed but still needs a little more time till we go after him" she kept it vague.

"Hm nice work Chimei-san" he complimented she nodded and began to exit but he stopped her with his cold pale hand on her shoulder and he went at her level yet she stood their emotionless as he whispered in her ear.

"Ah Ah Ah I think there's something your holding out on me ..partner" he hissed the last word, she turned her head to look at him only to be inches away she raised her eyebrow

"There is nothing I've kept from you I gave my report as you asked" she said not wavering her voice calm as she spoke  to the snake in front of her. He stood there silent for a moment and let her got with a smirk never leaving his face

"Very well, the chunin exams are coming up again and I want you to participate this year" she turned around her eyes widen and and she glared

"Are you giving me an order Orochimaru?" her voice was on edge

"Oh nothing of the sort I just thought you'd be lonely because I will be attending them as well" he replied calmly, she sighed 

"Very well I will pack tonight shall we leave tomorrow?" she spoke crossing her arms over her chest

"Yes I have everything in order we leave at dawn" she nodded.

"Very well have a good rest Orochimaru-san"

"You as well my angel" she left without another work spoken to the snake.

She walked down the corridor passing Kabuto on her way to her room, he bowed

"Chimei-sama" she nodded 

"Good night Kabuto be ready in the morning"

"Yes Chimei-sama"

She didn't say anything after and she finished packing and went into the bathroom she stripped off her pale blue kimono and stood in front of the mirror to look at the pale girl in front of her she glided her hand on her soft red hair and grazed her hand on face staring at her violet eyes it was a family trait. She stepped into the hot bath and sat slowly as the hot water relaxed her muscles she sat there for a moment and sighed closing her eyes relaxing more into her bath. She finished wash her self up she slipped on a white laced nightgown and dove into bed closing her eyes waiting for tomorrow.

~Chimei's POV~

I sat up slowly still groggy as I heard a knock on my door

"Enter" I commanded, in walk Kabuto Orochimaru's faithful slav- erm servant

"Chimei-sama" he bowed " It's time that we take our leave" I nod and wave him away telling him to leave so I can get ready.

I dressed in a black kimono cut off mid thigh with stockings that pulled up over the knee and wore my black sandals.  I took my comb and ran it through turning my hair white and I slipped on blue contacts so no one would recognize my traits as I am still a wanted criminal. I took my bag and the ninja head band and met everyone outside the hideout.
