"I may be something, but he's more.

( I hope this isn't cliche.)

Marinette was turning 16 and Alya as her bestfriend made sure that she'd be treated like a princess on her special day.

She ane her bestfriend stayed by a café only a few blocks away from school. Alya insisted to be the host of her party, and made sure it was perfect, Marinette just let her be, besides what's better than having a friend help you with your birthday.

"So how about the theme?" Alya had no idea for this one, dedpite she was able to cover the others like the cake, venue, songs and decorations but this was hard and unfortunately important.
"How about a ladybug theme?"

"Alya, I told you, you're the one having the Ladybug party theme between the two of us." Marinette giggled.

"Uhm, okay. Well we need your birthday to at least have a touch of lady luck." Alya looked around for anything that might be a great inspiration. "Ladybugs are signs for good luck specially about love-" she gasped. "That's it!"

Marinette stared confused yet willing to hear the idea. Alya wrote it on her notes and smirked at her friend.

"What?!" Marinette started feeling anxious for this idea.

"Imagine it Marinette." Alya wrapped her arm around her friend "Fairytale Theme!" Alya motioned her hand on thin air picturing the masterpiece she just created.

Marinette narrowed her eyes while removing Alya's arm. "Have you forgot I am turning 16 not 7?"

"No. We are not going to have those childish things there. Just every guest with their princess and prince suit" Alya lightly punched her friends shoulder. "..and you'll be the Queen."

Marinette smiled this could work. She thought to herself.

After that they went out searching for materials they were going to use. And at the end of the day Alya insisted she'd do the rest and just let her chill and forget about it.

The Next Day Alya started calling the people who had to be in charge for the following things on her list. She came upon Nino who was in charge for the Music.

"Wait? What tunes do you want me to play?" Nino groaned in frustration.

"I don't know anything would be okay, I gotta hang up I still got a couple of calls and a places to be in." Alya replied.

"Need help?" Nino said feeling a little flushed with the question.

"You'll help me?"

"W-why not?"

"Sure come over."

Both Alya and Nino finished the calls and crossed out all the people in the list. Now they had to pick up the materials from the stores and place them at the venue.

While heading to the venue, they spotted Marinette walking to it. Alya nearly screamed. She didn't want her to know the surprise. This made her stress up Marinette was just a few blocks away.

"We need a diversion!" Alya said grabbing Nino's collar. "Oh!"

Alya reached for her phone and started calling. Nino was clueless he peeked at her phone realizing she was calling Adrien. Nino smirked at the brilliant idea he knew it ever since, it was just too obvious.

Not long enough Marinette was just by the place she peeked in seeing a few streamers down on the floor.She was having the idea that this was the place of her party. Alya saw Adrien crossing the street walking near them.

"Hi gu-" he was interrupted.

"Adrien you need to distract Marinette!" Alya said begging infront of him. While Nino stood there mindlessly.

"Why me?" He arched a brow confused yet satisfied that Alya and Nino were together.

"Because you are great at getting attention?" Nino suggested nervously.

"Well I am at great at attracting attention."
