"Good afternoon ladies and gents!" a voice called out loudly in the park. A few voices echoed back some greetings before he continued, "My name is Louis Tomlinson and I'm here for one reason and one reason only,". He smirked as he heard a few gasps and murmurs acknowledging that they knew who he was. A girl who looked about his age crossed her arms and looked up him through thick lashes,
"Oh really? And what reason would that be?" she asked challengingly. Louis winked at her,
"To blow your mind of course!" he exclaimed excitedly. A few more people gathered around the fountain in the center of the park to watch the exchange. The girl scanned the magician a few times before pulling a smirk of her own,
"I'll be the judge of that, dear," she remarked sassily.
"Well my audience, it appears that we have a volunteer," he announced to the growing crowd. The girl looked startled at first, but then regained her composure and took Louis' outstretched hand to help her onto the fountain's edge. He took note that the girl's name was Hannah, judging by the name engraved on her leather bracelet. "Thank you. Let's all give a round of applause to lovely Hannah!" the audience clapped respectively and when the boy turned back to Hannah, she looked baffled,
"How did you know my name?" she asked in awe. Louis cleared his throat and said loud enough for the people to hear,
"Your bracelet, dear," he mocked sassily, gesturing to her wrist, "It is quite beautiful. May I borrow it?" he asked innocently. Hannah nodded and went to take her bracelet off, but gasped when she noticed that it had disappeared. She looked back up at Louis with frantic eyes,
"It's gone!" she screeched. The girl searched on the ground until a young child yelled from atop his father's shoulders,
"I see it! I see it! It's tied around his finger!" he called. All heads turned back to the mysterious magician and sure enough, there was the bracelet, tied in a neat bow around his index finger. Hannah jumped up to snatch it from Louis' grasp, but to no avail. She pounced once again but with only a flick of the boy's wrist, the strap of leather vanished. He let out a gasp of feigned surprise, then looked at the blonde girl, who was openly gaping at the simple disappearing trick. He chuckled lowly before scanning the onlookers intensly. His eyes stopped at the child from before and smiled,
"Excuse me lad, I'm sure your father taught you better than to take nice things from pretty ladies!" he stated sweetly. The father and his son both looked confused, "No worries! Just hand the bracelet back over here and I'll let you go this time," he smiled even wider at the child when he saw that he did indeed have the bracelet in his shirt pocket. The whole audience released a chorus of 'wow' and 'no way' and then clapped in amazement. Louis bowed and retrieved the leather "Hannah" bracelet, then gave it back to its rightful owner. The magician thanked Hannah politely and gave her a seductive glance, causing her to blush madly. Long story short, he got her number.
