Ricky walked into Jc's room with a grin on his face.Jc looked up from his desk and chuckled. "Yes Ricky?" he asked, mirroring Ricky's grin.

Ricky chuckled. "Oh, nothing," he replied playfully as he sat on the corner of Jc's bed.

Curiosity piqued, and Jc couldn't help but inquire further. "Hey, Ricky, I've got something to tell you," he says rolling his seat out from his desk.Ricky leaned in, showing his interest. "I'm all ears, buddy. What's on your mind?"Jc glanced around the room, making sure no one else could hear their conversation. "Promise you won't tell anyone, but..." he began, his voice lowering.Ricky leaned even closer, eager to hear the secret. "Yes, I promise.."With a playful grin, Jc whispered, "You're a great friend, Ricky. I mean it. One of the best."Ricky chuckled, though a hint of concern laced his voice. "Oh. That's it?" He asked.Jc nodded reassuringly. "Yep.. Just wanted to let you know."

Satisfied but still intrigued, Ricky decided not to press the matter any further. He closed the door to Jc's room, leaving slightly confused by Jc's behavior. However, before Jc could get situated back at his desk, Ricky swiftly opened the door again and stuck his head inside.

Jc gasped, surprised by Ricky's sudden reappearance. "What now?" he asked, chuckling.Ricky simply shrugged, mischief twinkling in his eyes, and closed the door once more.Amused by Ricky's antics, Jc shook his head and turned his attention back to his own thoughts. He then picks up his phone.
Andrea & Jenn's Apartment

Jenn's phone rang, breaking the tranquility of the apartment. Seeing Jc's name on the screen, she picked up with a smile, biting her lip in anticipation.

"Hey what's up?" she greeted.Jc's voice carried excitement as he spoke. "Hey, I was wondering if you wanted to hang later?"Jenn's smile widened. "Yeah for sure. Where at?"

O2L House

Meanwhile, at the lively O2L House, Connor burst into Jc's room, full of energy, to make an announcement.

"Ricky and I are going to Taco Bell!" he declared, his enthusiasm contagious. "You want anything?"

Jc removes his phone from his ear. "Uh nah I'm good," he answers. Connor swiftly closes the door to Jc's room.

Jc glanced at his phone, which was still in his hand, and quickly replied, "Okay, sounds good. You can come over."Jc's heart raced with excitement as he hung up the phone. He couldn't wait to see Jenn.

15 minutes later

Fifteen minutes later, the doorbell rang, sending Jc into a frenzy of anticipation. He rushed to open the door, eager to greet Jenn.

Jenn stood before him, her face lighting up with joy. Without a moment's hesitation, she leaped into his arms. Jc was taken aback, gently pushing her back. "Woah, woah," he chuckled, his surprise evident.

Confusion flashed across Jenn's face as she unwrapped her arms from around Jc's neck.Jc took a deep breath, his voice calm but tinged with concern. "This is what I wanted to talk about," he said, guiding Jenn to sit on a nearby chair. "I kind of don't want to do this or sneak around anymore. What if they find out? We might face hate, and you're 17 while I'm 20. I really like you, Jenn, but I hope you understand."Jenn began to protest, but Jc gently placed a finger over her lips, grinning softly."Shhh," he hushed her, his eyes filled with warmth and sincerity.Jenn sighed, defeated. "I don't care," she finally spoke up. "But I have to go anyways." With that, she stormed out of Jc's room, slamming the door behind her.Jc, in a moment of desperation, rushed to open his door and call after her. "Jenn, wait!" he pleaded.But it was too late. Jenn's response echoed through the corridor, her voice filled with anger and hurt. "Leave me alone!" she shouted, slamming the front door shut.

Ricky happened to be passing by just as Jenn stormed out of Jc's room, waving to her with a smile.

"Hey, Jenn!" he called out, oblivious to the tension that had just unfolded.Jc, still standing in the doorway, tried to catch Jenn's attention. "Jenn, wait!" he called after her, waving his arms in a desperate attempt to reach her.But Jenn paid no heed to their calls. She simply left without a second glance.Ricky turned to Jc, a knowing grin playing on his lips. "What was that all about?" he asked, lifting an eyebrow in curiosity.Connor, who had witnessed the encounter, nudged Ricky's shoulder, silently urging him to give Jc some space.Jc took a deep breath, gathering his thoughts, before addressing his friends. "Well, I have to tell you guys something," he began, his voice tinged with uncertainty.Ricky and Connor exchanged glances, silently assuring Jc that they were there to listen."We kind of have feelings for each other," Jc confessed, a mix of apprehension and relief evident in his voice. "But I decided we shouldn't sneak around anymore. I didn't want us to get caught, and she didn't take it well."Connor nodded sympathetically, nudging Ricky once again to show his support.Ricky's eyes widened, realization dawning on him. "Oh... Oh! OHH," he exclaimed, a mischievous grin forming on his face. "And how did you guys develop these feelings for each other?"Jc couldn't help but smile at his friend's reaction. "Well, actually... we kissed in her room the other day," he confessed, his cheeks flushing slightly.The revelation hung in the air, and the trio exchanged glances filled with a mix of surprise, understanding, and unspoken support. They knew that things had taken an unexpected turn for Jc and Jenn, and now they would have to navigate the complex emotions that lay ahead.To be continued...
