Moving On

It's hard to please everybody. So when the time comes that the person you love decides to leave. Your heart, mind, body and spirit must face the fact and accept the truth that YOU CANNOT FORCE PEOPLE TO BE WITH YOU all the freaking time.

But how will you be able to go on with your life if you don't know how to?

According to kristiankenneth.com there are five basic stages of moving on. These are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Every person who successfully moved on from a tragic event has undergone these stages.

And my psychology instructor said na nasa sa'yo na lang kung gaano mo katagal gugustuhing mag-stay sa isang stage (basta siguraduhin mo lang na malalampasan mo lahat yun).

Every individual has a different emotional structures, so bawat isa sa atin ay may sari- sariling way on how to cope with ourselves kaya it really amnoys me everytimey friends forces my other friend to move on from her ex very quickly kahit alam naman niya na talagang mahirap 'yon kasi nga classmate namin yung ex niya at babae nito. It makes me want to stab a knife in her heart to make her feel how hard and awful it is to forget a person you love while he's roaming around your view kasi you can't escape from him, you're classmates. I should know, that's the same feeling I feel kay crush na may gf na. 😵

Anyways, let's not tackle that further kasi it might lose my energy to continue writing. Let's just tackle about the stages of moving on instead.
