I woke up to the nocking on my door. I was scared of who it could be , this is because when you lived in the middle of nowhere you don't expect anyone at your door. Well at least I didn't.
I got up to go answer the door. Well I was doing this I could hear the tree branch hitting the window. Tap. Tap. Tap.This made me even more nervous. I mean it did seem creepy when it is the middle of the night. I continued to walk anyway. Overcoming my obvious fear. I looked out the window on the side of the door. Yet I saw nothing there. So I went to go back to my room and as soon as I turned around, the nocking started again. But this time louder. Sending a shiver down my spine. I knew I needed to get to the bottom of this though so I opened the door. There was nothing there. So I slammed the door shut and locked it. The nocking started again getting louder. So I ran around the house locking all the windows. When I was done I ran upstairs and locked my door behind me. I hid under the sheets listening to the nocking get louder. Until I somehow fell back asleep.
The next morning, I heard the sound of glass breaking on the tile. Worried my puppy blare was hurt, I ran downstairs. I checked on blare and she was still sleeping. Crash. There it was again. I slowly walked in and saw my vase of white roses broken on the floor. I gave the roses a new vase as I cleaned up the glass. When I put the broom back I heard the tv turn on. My heart started to beat faster, I felt as though something was wrong. So I slowly walked towards Blare and picked her up so nothing could get her. Then I waked contusly into the living room and turned off the tv. I decided to call my boyfriend, Marshall , I knew he could keep me safe. I told him every thing. He was concerned for me. And told me he was on the way to my house. A few hours later there was a nock at the door. I opened it to see Marshall standing there with his arms wide open. I gave him a huge hug as we went inside. We decided to take blare out so she could play. I got dressed and we headed outside.
Three hours later we decided to go inside. We got inside to see the whole house destroyed. We thought how could we not hear this. Glass broken all over chars broke in half pictures broke on the floor. We were in the backyard there is no way we did not hear this. Or see anything. Who could have done this and how. These thoughts kept going through my head as I stood their is shock. My jaw must have been wide open by the way Marshall looked at me.
Marshall ran upstairs and come back down with a suitcase and we left. He told me that we are ganna go live with him until he cleans up the house.3 months later , I finally came over the fear of my house and decided to go back. By this point Blare was no longer a little puppy. I guess that helped me feel safer. But still Marshall said he would stay with me for a while, until I feel really safe.
