      Sorrow's POV

My father had latched onto my mother's throat. I didn't understand, it was a simple fight, that had turned into a vicious attack. Not knowing what to do, I jumped onto my father's throat, biting down. I Felt his muscles tense, as I started to taste blood. He whipped around grabbing onto my paw, throwing me to the ground. This monster, that was my father, hovered over me, red glowing eyes staring at me through the darkness. I backed away feeling the rocks and my paw. I scrambled to get up, but under the force which he had thrown me I was unable to move. Not knowing what I should do next, I stared up at the monster lurking over me. He licked his lips as he watched my demise in my future. But I would not let this monster rip out my throat like my mother would be in a moment. I scrambled to my feet  barely limping on my paw. I faced beast in front of me. "Father, why must you act as thou are now? What by acting so viciously are you proving to the Great Packs?" I growled, feeling the muscles tense up inside me. My heart raced as I looked into my father's red glowing eyes. I felt, strong, I felt, brave. I launched onto his back, clawing every part of fur I could find. Soon he swung me around and threw me outside the mouth. I landed with a hard scrape, my vision growing blurry in the moonlight.
I held shortly and ran off tripping almost over every single rock stumbling upon my demise. I stayed strong in that and ran along the mountain, looking for help. I fear that my mother would've met her demise before my return, so I kept running, and running, and running.
