Me, I think of my grandmother, who always touched oil , always cooked with butter, and yet somehow stayed slim in her entire life. I miss her gentle presence and her wonderful cooking. The taste of her cooking are among my earliest childhood memories and surely they shaped my later desires to get into the kitchen.
I also think of , whom I never met, but whose short essays on food and cooking were funny, practical, and bracing.
What about you? Who do you think of today and the rest of the year, when you think of how you learned to cook — and to love to cook, which is, after all, the truly important thing.
I have a dream of becoming a good chef! At my young age I enter the culinary world. If you have a dream do it!

During my school days I love joining cooking shows. It's because I inspire my grandmother in her cooking. Till I enter college time and took the degree of culinary arts. With my looks people ask if I really know how to cook. I just give them a glimpse of smile. I was never given a chance to prove to my parents that I can cook for them. I never touch the stove nor the knife at home.
Till one day I gave them my gold medal came from cooking shows. You must have your own strategies to fulfill your dreams. They call me the great loser at home. Will I ever be the winner!
One day I woke I was really hungry. It didn't matter why? I just new I wanted to eat. I am thinking to myself if only I knew how to cook I will never feel hungry. Am afraid to cook at home when i was a child, they would scold me at home thinking that the house might get burn. Hunger had taken control of my body. I feel if I don't eat i will die. There no chance that I can cook at home what I have done is that i ran away from home. i have no money, no cloths and nowhere to go. That's the time I visited a friend. A friend introduced me to a guy name mark. An old man but kinda cute and gentlemen. Rich old men. I have no choice but to tell him that I ran away from home. I ask him if I can work as his secretary. Salary is not an issue I told him. All I want is a place to stay for free.
