High School Roommates

Chapter 1 : New Beginnings

As i woke up to the 4:00 am alarm. I quickly jumped out of bed and went straight into the kitchen, of curse to have waffles. As i place the waffles into the toaster i get a message from my best friend Lora.

Lora : "What time shall we meet at the airport?"

Me : "Since our flight are at 6:00, Let's meet up at 5:30 and have a short meal before we catch the flight."

Lora : "Okay, see you then."

I grab the waffles out of the toaster and began to pour syrup all over the delicious breakfast. I walked to the kitchen cabinets grabbing an ice cream spoon; open the lid of the ice cream container and began scooping out the ice cream onto the plate of waffles than of course ate them. As i finished up with breakfast, i walked back into my room picking out clothes that i am going to wear today which are; A black T-shirt dress with a red flannelette shirt warped around my waist and black high heel boots. I quickly had a shower and put on the clothes. I then began to do my make-up - very light, simple and natural. I walked down the stairs with the luggage, surprisingly to see mum was already up and about. Mum dropped me off to the airport and said her goodbyes and everything a mother says.

I began grabbing all the luggage out of the car trunk. Than wheeled it into the airport searching for Lora, i began thinking to myself.

'Ahmm, Where is Lora?'...

'Today is the day i do not want to be kidnapped!!!!'

'Even though i am 16 but you know *Giggles at myself*, its a strange world out there... '

I looked over to someone poking the glass window at the airport.

'Yes... very strange day!' As i pulled a confused face.
