To be honest. I didn't really know how to feel about this ship at first. With Tiffany starting off as the bitch character and Devon being the 'trying to be cool guy' I thought that maybe it was just a tiny crush that Tiffany had. But as the story plot gets thicker and more interesting, you find that it's a really good ship. You find that even when Tiffany is being all bossy and mean, that Devon can really calm her down and make her feel better. I can feel how much Devon cares about Tiffany as well. So over all I have come to a decision on the rating:
