Being in the hospital gave me a lot of time to think. I thought about vine, and how unpopular it is becoming. I've decided that I was going to quit vine. My phone buzzed breaking my train of thought, Lauren was calling.
"Hey laur" I said. "Heyo Rach. How are you?" "I'm alright I guess, decided I was gonna quit vine." "Rachel what the fuck?" "I'm sorry Lauren." I said without sympathy. "You don't sound sorry." "That's because I'm not." "Wow" Lauren said with a sarcastic chuckle "I don't understand" she said. "I never post, it's just pointless, I'd rather be a YouTuber." "Well alright, as long as you're happy." Right then Ethan walked in carrying pasta boxes in one hand chocolates in another. "I gotta go Laur. Ethan is here." I said ending the call before she had the chance to say goodbye.
"Heyyyyyy babe" Ethan said happily. "The nurse said I get out tomorrow!" I said excitedly. "Wow babe that's great!" Ethan said with a smile. He then started to pull food out from the bag. "Chicken Alfredo for you ma'dam." "Thank you very much young man" I said cheerfully.
Half-way into the delicious meal I decided to break the news to Ethan. "Ethan I have to tell you something." I said putting my fork down the preceding to put my hand on top of his. His eyes were patient. "I'm deciding to stop vining" I said biting my lip. "That's okay. If you don't want to carry on with vining I totally understand because I don't want to either, I'd rather focus more on acting and YouTube." He finished. "That's exactly how I feel!" I said. "I actually have some big news myself." Ethan said. "Grayson and I are going on tour with Alex and you get to come too same with Lauren and Taylor." I was frozen. Leaving digi tour? A quarter and a half way into the tour? "We have it all sorted out. You and Alex will sing together and both of you will do 2 solos and 2 songs together. Grayson and I will be doing crazy challenges and such and in another segment Lauren and Taylor will be doing crazy stuff together then eventually we all will do a segment together. The tour will be called 4OU. You, Alex, Lauren, Taylor, and of course Gray and I will have merch fans can buy. Taylor and Lauren are in. We're just waiting on you. So what do you think?" I sat there for a second. "Of course!" Ethan smiled with relief. "Oh thank god, I was getting worried you'd say no." I shook my head and ran my fingers through his fluffy hair.
"Here try the chocolates I got you. I heard that the best one is the white chocolate one filled with Carmel." He smiled sweetly. "Okay." I said picking up the white one and taking a bite but my teeth failed to go through because of the hard object. I looked at Ethan confused because chocolate shouldn't be hard. He was just blushing and smiling like a maniac. I started to eat around the object. Discovering that it was a ring. It was gold with two colored diamonds in the center. One being a aquamarine stone and the other a Tanzanite both representing birth months mine being the aquamarine which is March and The other which I'm guessing represented Ethan's was for December. "Here I'll wash it off so you can see it better." He said heading to the bathroom but returning a few seconds later. I noticed he has almost the same exact one on except instead of his being gold it's silver. He puts it on my finger somewhat tearing up and I start getting emotional.
"Rachel, from the moment I met you on the Internet I knew there was something special about you. You're a kind, gorgeous, talented, and loving woman. And... I love you. So will you make me the luckiest guy on earth and be my girlfriend?" I start crying of joy. He's so incredibly sweet, by far the most caring companion I've ever met. "Ethan..." I said choking on my words. "You're the most amazing person I've ever met not only are you my boyfriend but you're my best friend. I love you with all my heart" I said then kissed him.
A few hours later and Ethan is still here despite his hate of hospitals. He promised he would stay and sleep here with me. As we're watching impractical jokers he kissed my head as I started drifting asleep on his chest."
