Dreams Do Come True(A Sam Pottorff Fanfic)

Chapter One~Finally Here

So all my stuff is in my new room now and I'm pretty much settled in my new Cali house. I'm just hanging pictures on my wall and little decorations on my shelves. I was so happy to finally be in California. The one place that I've always wanted to be. My room was gorgeous! It had teal walls, a small fake diamond chandelier, a queen sized bed, a huge book rack, a bay window with a window seat. I could see the beach from the window. I went downstairs to have a snack and eat by the pool. I grabbed a bag of chips and sat outside. It was so warm. I love it. When I finished, I came back inside and saw Liz starting to make lunch.

"Hey Liz. Whatcha making?", I asked her.

"Hi, sweetie. Um just some chicken wraps and salad", she said

"Okay. Can I go CVS to go and get some stuff?", I asked her.

"Sure, just be back soon so you can eat because your dad might eat all the food in the house", she said, laughing.

I laughed. "Okay".

I grabbed my phone, some money, and my headphones. I started began to play The Fortunate by Cartel and walked a couple blocks to the CVS. I bought some makeup, nail polish, and this perfume that smells like candy. I walked over to the drinks section to get an Arizona. I opened the fridge and grabbed a green tea with honey. As I turned around to go to the register, I bumped into a guy that was trying to get a drink from the fridge.

"Oh my god. I'm so sorry", I said, bumping into him.

"It's okay", he said laughing.

He grabbed the same Arizona I got out of the fridge. He was really cute one I looked at his face. He had this baby face but you could tell we were about the same age. He had the nicest smile and cutest laugh I have ever seen. His eyes were beautiful. The color was almost like melted chocolate. He wore a black beanie that covered his cute curly hair. I just wanted to run my fingers through it. He had little black diamond earrings in both his ears. He was also holding a penny board; a little black one.

"You like Arizona", he asked, pointing to the can in my hand.

"No, I don't like Arizona; I love it", I said.

He laughed. "Me too".

"I'm Alex", I said.

"I'm Sam", he said. "Are you not from around here or something because I've never seen you".

"Yeah I just moved her with my dad and we're living with my step-mom", I told him.

"Really" he asked, "I live with my mom, step-dad, and my brother".

"Aw you have a brother", I said.

"Yeah, his name's Levi. He's 6", he said.

"Aw that's cute", I said.

After I had said that two boys can come up behind Sam. One was a really tall skinny boy with brown hair that was combed and gelled up. He had really pretty brown eyes that sparkled when the light hit them. He wore dark skinny jeans, red vans, a white tank top that said California and the flag on it, and a blue beanie. He also had big diamond earrings in both of his ears. Sam said his name was Kian. The other one was alot shorter than Kian. He had a really nice smile and brown eyes that were just as amazing as Sam and Kian's. His smile was almost as adorable as Sam's but not quite. He wore light skinny jeans, white converse, a Bulls snapback, a plain black shirt, and fake gauges. Sam said his name was JC.

"So you guys ride penny boards?", I asked.

"Yeah, my board is named Ghost and JC named his Rasta. And Sam is a loser and didn't name his", Kian said to me.

"I'm not a loser", Sam said punching Kian's arm.

"So how old are you?", JC asked me.

"I just turned 17 in October", I said.

"Cool I'll be 18 in October", Sam said.

"So", Sam started out, "are you single?".

Kian and JC made those noises you made in like kindergarten when you find out someone liked someone else. Sam just gave them a look then looked at me anxiously, praying that the answer was yes.

"Yes", I answered him, smiling.

"Here. gimme your phone", he said. he typed in his number in and handed it back to me.

"I gotta go. My step-mom wants me home to eat and I'm already late, but I'll talk to you guys later", I said.

I hugged all the boys and left. I had finally made friends my first day here and it was cute boys! I couldn't wait to text Sam.
