I placed my phone back down onto my night stand and got dressed.

I sprayed perfume, than spritz on my hair to keep it curly I checked my outfit in the mirror I smiled in satisfaction.
I grabbed my white huaraches from my closet slipping them on. I grabbed my bag and put my charger in it I grabbed my keys and walked out my room.
I ran downstairs and saw my mom sitting at the table reading the news paper.

I kissed her cheek on my way to the door. "Penny!"
I turned around to face her. "Come home straight after school ok. We're going out to dinner because there's someone want you to meet."
