Roy went to Riza's house and "accidentally" took it by mistake. Riza, who lost all of her guns (surprisingly), went in search for the last one. She suspected Roy took it.
When roy got home, Riza was in hiding. Roy opened up the fridge to get a glass of apple juice, and out popped Riza, making a finger gun and threatening him.
