Psychotic Minds

The Factory.......

The silence was killing her as she hid behind a gigantic shipping of chips in the Giddy Yumms factory. She heard footsteps fast approaching, her breath stopped in her throat. Her heart beating rapidly in her chest. She couldn't move, all she could do was sit there, anticipating the persuter coming around the corner. He then appeared dark and menacing then she heard a familiar voice. Jackson! What was he doing here?

 ''Medi? Are you here?'' he asked her softly.

''Jackson, I'm here.'' she whispered back

''Come with me.'' he said grabbing her arm and dragging her to her feet.

''He'll find us.'' she told him ''I don't care, I'm getting you out of here.'' he replied

Just then, a person stood in their way something in his hand was shining in the moonlight coming from the window above them. ''Run!'' the person yelled and started to walk towards them; they ran.

TWO DAYS LATER:

''Giddy Yumms?'' a girl questioned her brother.

''Yea it'll be perfect for the shot I need.'' he stated looking down at her.

''Is your movie all you ever think about?'' the young girl questioned

''No but that's what I'm thinking about right now.'' he said looking back at the abandoned chip factory.

''How long ago was this abandoned?'' she asked him looking at the building apprehensively.

"Like, two months.'' he quickly pulled a bobby pin from his pocket and picked the lock on the warehouse door  with skill.

''How did you learn to do that?'' his sister asked accusingly. 

''None of your business.'' he said turning from her. He opened the door wide and screamed, for right in front of him was a girl or what should have been a girl, for her body was cut to pieces and thrown in a pile on the floor. The smell of blood and decay hit the kids in an overwhelming aroma, the young girl doubled over and puked. The boy however stepped in to get a closer look.

''Come on Chase, we need to leave.'' she said, after she had emptied the contents of her stomach.

''Shut up Autumn, I need to see who it is, we might know the person.''

''No! We need to leave, now!'' Autumn exclaimed marching over to her brother and dragging him to his feet.

''Fine.'' he said in defeat

Later that night Chase and Autumn tossed and turned in their beds images of the pile of shredded flesh and bone flashing in their minds. The long torturous night finally came to an end. As soon as the sun came up they shot out of bed they hoped the dread would disappear with the night gone, but unfortunately it was not. The dread followed them all day for the images flashed in their minds stuck on their head on repeat.

''I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't even think.'' Autumn told her brother desperately.

''Me too. What should we do?'' Chace asked his sister.

''Should we go back? Investigate?'' She asked 

''We should go back and try to find the murder weapon then call the police.'' he told her

''Okay then tonight we will go to the factory and find out what happened.'' she stated

''It's settled.'' he said walking away

Later that night they packed backpacks with all the things that they would need. Two flash lights, some food, extra batteries, and Chace also packed his hunting knife for protection. They walked in silence as they made their way to the abandoned factory. When they reached the doors they noticed that the door was already open. The teens looked at each other silently confirming their worst fears; someone was already here.
