Don't Leave

Ch 2

My alarm clock went of this morning and I woke up with aiks and pains like every other morning. Mom was up but I didn't care she was getting a head start on her drinking which wasn't that unusual. I grabbed an apple and walked out the door. It's a fifteen minute walk from my house to the school. Not to long but it is long enough to make me late if I didn't leave home on time. First day, urg it's going to be horrible. People wanting to get to know me, having to stand in front of the class and introduce myself.

Entering the school it looks like every other school. You have the populars, the goths, the junkies, the loners, and of course the jocks. Yup just like every other school. I walked into the man office there was this older looking lady she must be the secretary. "Hi I'm Alex I'm new" I told her. She looked up at me and smiled "hi. I'm Mary. Do you need your schedule?" I shook my head yes and she gave my the schedule and told me to have a good day. I walked down the halls looking for my locker. When I found it I opens it shoved my books in it and got what I needed. When I went to walk away I ran into something hard. I looked up and saw this tall gorgeous god of a man standing before me. He locked eyes with me , oh those beautiful green eyes. He looked like he was probably a mix of white and black. He looked at me and said " sorry didn't see you there." He held out his hand and I took it. " that's ok. My fault." And I tried to sweep past him, but he grabbed my arm. Gosh that hurt, mostly because of the bruise I received last night. "Hey you new here?" He asked. "Yes. Bye" and I ran.

All my classes were the same "please introduce yourself" or "class we have a new student" it was all the same. But HE was in every class . Except math god I hated math and science but I was at least good at science. Last period of the day. Hallelujah!!!!! Now I just have to go home and make dinner, clean, do my home work, deal with my parents abuse, and sleep. Hugh what a life (note the sarcasm)
