Olivia left the note next to her mother's wine bottle on the table that read;
Mom, I'm going out with some friends. I'll be back soon.
Liv x
It wasn't necessary for Olivia to lie, or to even write the note in the first place because by the time she gets back, her mother would still be in the same position as when she left. But she wanted to take precautions. Been as when she was dating Brian in the 9th grade, she told her mother that she was going to his to study after school, and she was totally fine with it. But the next day when Olivia said that she wanted to go to the mall with him and a group of their friends she threw fits.

Olivia walks up Elliot's street and sends him a message saying that she is on her way.
Elliot received the message and decided to wait on his porch for her. He had already texted her the address, and been as she has never been to this neighbour hood in her life, she is in for a real shock when she goes in his house.

She continues to walk down the street and is completely mesmerised by the three storied houses that she had walked past.
The post boxes had really posh high class names on them, like Richardson, or Harlensonchester. And she was just a Benson. Your average Joe, typed surname.

She walks towards a middle aged lady who is walking a Jack Russell on a lead with little sequins on it. She examines the woman. She is tall, she has bleached blonde hair tied slick back into a pony tail. She  wears a black coat, that is over excessively long with too many buttons. She wears a lemon yellow button up shirt with grey pan suit styled trousers. She wears a pair of lemon coloured heals, that would cause her to break her neck, God forbid she fell over.
Her face is slick back, no wrinkles or laughter lines. Smooth, like a baby's. Olivia doesn't know if it's because she has had plastic surgery or it's because her hair band is too tight. Either way, this woman who is approaching Olivia, looks absolutely ridiculous, and is way to over dressed for any where except dinner with the president. And been as she lives in this neighbor hood, she wouldn't doubt that, that situation would actually occur.
The woman looks Olivia up and down. She already feels uncomfortable, without this stuck up lady making her feel worse.
She gives Olivia a dirty look and scoffs as she pushes past her.
Then Olivia realises that she is wearing what she wore to school. A black leather jacket, with a five second of summer concert t shirt, with black ripped jeans and a pair of black leather Dr Martins. Her hair is naturally dark, it's so brown it's almost black. And her black eye liner makes her look even more emo.
Her best friend Alex Cabot, who happens to be in her computer science classes, calls Olivia the emo queen. But Olivia hits her straight back with the whole, Real Life Barbie stuff. Not because Alex is plastic and fake, but because she is blonde, beautiful and flawless.

Olivia reaches Elliot's mansion after a long walk down his street. She sees him standing on his porch.
"Hey, Liv" he shouts
"Hi" she says as she approaches him.
Just then the front door swings wide open, and tall teenager walks out.
"Eli, is this your girlfriend? She's hot" Jackson says to his little brother as he walks out of the house. He is dressed in knee high black leather Dr Martin boots, with skin tight ripped black jeans. His T shirt has a picture of a person going through exorcism on it. Whilst his long black hair is swooped over to his right side.
"Hey, I'm Jackson" he says in a deep gothic voice.
"Olivia" she smiles at the considerably older boy.
"Ehem!" Elliot buts in as he breaks the two's gaze on each other.
"See you later" Jackson says before walking back into the house.
"Are you coming in, or are you gonna stand in the street until dark?" Elliot asks
"Well with the looks I've been getting from people down here, I think I'll come in" she says as she follows him into the porch and into the house.
