Chappy 4 - Thief in the Night

Yahoh! I was a bit inspired, haha. i dunno why. I just remembered something and i'm gonna share it to you! I'm friendly and open. Wanna be friends? Suuuure :D

So, here it is. I'm in a choir, and so is my ex-crush if that even exists... Both of us were heading upstairs to get our things since the mass was done. He was infront of me and when we were walking on the stairs he tripped a bit but since i was there behind him he acted as if nothing happened. I didn't laugh of course! But inside i was dying... wanting to laugh my butt off! haha. He had poise! Then my Achie said i embarassed him! I was like, 'wa did i do?' XD

Mami's Perspective

Finally done with our child's play, everybody went to their respective room, scare that we might get a lot more trouble with Paul. We're lucky mom didn't give us a bodyguard like them or else, he'd really lose his hair.

Rina and i finished washing our faces, removing the disturbing substance. She ended up being tired and fell on the bed sleeping soundly. But i on the other hand, felt a bit hungry. I can't take advantage of her right no while she's sleeping. Guess i'll head to Haruna and Tomomo's room.

"Knock knock" I said without really knocking.

"DOOR OPEN!" I heard Haruna yell as i open the door on cue and saw her standing in front of the door hands raised forward as if she used a magical power to open the door.

"Ha-ha! I'm getting stronger and stronger each day" She bragged, clapping to herself.

"Rina?" Tomomi asked

"Asleep." I answered

"What brings you here Mami?" Hana asked

"I'm hungry..." I said then sighed

"Oh. Come here." Tomomi said patting the bed for me to sit. She handed me her wrist which i gently gripped. I sank my sharp fangs slowly, not wanting to hurt her. After two gulps i stopped.

"Was that really enough? Don't you need stamina?" Hana asked worriedly.

"It's fine. Thanks Tomi" I said with a sly smile. Both of them had worried looks, but nodded anyways. I bid my goodbye and left the room. I decided to head to the rooftop for some fresh air. Not even bothering to use any sweater, since vampires don't feel cold.

As i opened the door to the rooftop, fresh air hit me hard. Its been so long since i saw the moon shine so bright. The night is silent. Too silent for my liking. I loved noise, even though other vampires find it annoying because it hurts their sensitive ears. I'm different. Totally different. I've been used to noises, shrieks and screams. Must be because of concerts. But i love them, the energy in one room.

As the wind continued blowing, a smell went with it. A very luring and delicious smell. Addictive if i may add. Following the smell i stopped my tracks when i was already on the limit. I looked down from the high building. The smell is still there. Climbing up, i stood there. If any normal people saw me, i might be accused of suiciding. I raised my hands on both sides and did the most terrifying thing for normal people yet normal thing for vampires.

When i already found the source of the smell, i flexibly grabbed somewhere near the window for support and pulled myself up. Luckily, it's enough for me to step on it or even sit on it. the cement continued to the other rooms. If i were a murderer, my mission on killing the person in this room without even passing the lobby would be a great success. Unless, the murderer is an idiot and will end up falling and killing himself.

The smell was getting stronger and stronger every nano second. I peeked through the curtained window and was surprised of who the owner of the room was. None other than Niall.

I sighed a bit loudly. It was him, no wonder it semlled so delicious.

"Who's there?" He probably heard me sigh. How troublesome.

I moved a bit to my right making sure he won't be able to see me even he'd look around which he did. When he saw there was no one, he returned back inside, but didn't close the window.

What the heck? He can't even take care of his self. I shook my head and went back to where i was sittig earlier. His smell was still lingering around and i can't help but feed myself by sniffing which i think is very stupid of me.

Actually, i could just go inside, attack him and drink off his addictive blood even if he's on tour with us so i'd be free from this hell... but i can't seem to do so. Why? That... I don't know.

I just stared at the beautiful moon, when suddenly something caught my eye. And with my instincts, i knew they weren't just something nor humans. Vampires. Red glowing eyes stared at my way. Why are they here?

Could it be... NO!

I stood up right away and had my defensive stance. Blocking the way through the window. Crap! I totally forgot. That's why sometimes i hate my difference from others!!!

They sense everything they can't through my ability. If they see Niall before i did, he would be like a normal prey. They know i don't drink ordinary or low class blood. So when they knew the three girls had unordinary ones they were the target. Now, it's Niall. This can't be. Now i'll have to guard him. Guard what's mine. Yup! He's mine. My food. Bleh *sticks tongue out*

They stared at me while i glared at them. Wait... Will i let this continue... jsut staring at these hoes? Did i mention they were girls? Yup. Brunette and Blonde, but neah... like i care? I have blonde and blue. Be jealous.

"Burn" I whispered boring my eyes to brunette. And in a blink of an eye, she was turned to ashes. My eyes are probably red now. They only turn red when i use my abilities. Yup. Plural.

The blonde was shocked to death as she stared at her ash friend before looking back at me with fury. I smirked and stuck my tongue out before winking at her. She must've been annoyed because she dissappeared the moment the wind blew. Talk about short tempered. I was only having fun. Was i? Whatever.

I made myself comfortable once more, leaning my back on the side of the window and stared at the sleeping figure of Niall.

No one can take you... As long as i'm here.

Closing my eyes, i freed myself from my trouble of hunger and left it all to the wind to blow away my worries. When suddenly; an image of blood red orbs flashed on my mind making me nervous for a nano second. I furrowed my eyebrows.

Who's eyes were those? As if it was ready to kill with no hesitation but behind the fury in those eyes was worry... longing... and the most confusing one was... regret.
