You were just passing by,

coming and going

like ocean waves.

You stopped to say hi,

never left my side,

there for me when

I wanted to cry.

Now your leaving,

don't want to let you go,

keep you by my side.

need my best friend in my life.

This is a journey's end,

but we'll meet again,

take care, best friend.
