She didnt remember where she was, only who she was. Her name was Umiko or child of the sea. True to her namesake, she had been born from the sea. A single raindrop of chakra landed into the water, creating a being. She took years to function like a normal human would. Her entire body was made from the water and chakra. She walked onto the shore years ago with flowing hair of water. The fish she grew with stayed in her hair. She walked around until she found a man with white hair. He made her into his summons and introduced her to animals. He told her after awhile that he was going away for awhile, so she went back into the ocean. She waited and waited for him to call her back but she never was.

I was floating in the abyss that I lived in. Master still hasnt called me back, he might have died on his journey. I didnt know what to do, there was nothing she hasnt explored. From the bottom of the ocean to the corral reefs. Eventually I found an abyss filled with corral for me to sleep. Its been so long since ive touched the cool air of the surface, but I missed it. The goldfish in my hair were my only companions. They lived on with me, surviving off my chakra. There were originally ten but five decided to swim outside my hair. They touched the ocean and withered away from old age. The others stayed, too afraid to die. It was alright however, we lived a calm life. I opened my eyes to find the blinding sun refracting in the cool blue water. I strected my limbs and swam out, intending to find something new. I waded for awhile, finding nothing new. It was calm, a beatifully-harminous-colorful-calm but I didnt care. For it had become boring. Too many years had passed that I became dormant and explored the ocean. I have searched every crevice of the world looking for beauty and ethereal knowledge but it was too dark for light to be seen. I waded toward the shore line, and walked upon land for the first time. The sand stuck to my liquid feet, clinging onto it for all it was worth. I kept walking until I discovered a man. He was of good heart, not pure, but he has regretted it as seen by his chakra core.

Itachi was in awe. Water came out of the ocean and became a girl in front of his eyes. The only place that did not solidify was her hair, which forever remained the water. The fish in her hair started swimming around excitedly, as if they could tell they were moving. His eyes narrowed and automatically activated his sharingan. To his surprise he saw she was made purely of chakra. She walked straight to him after she laid her eyes on him. Bright blue/green eyes that you couldn't see exactly which color it was.
"Who are you?" She asked in a raspy voice, as if she hasn't spoken in years.
"Uchiha Itachi, now whom are you?"
"I'm known as the daughter of the sea, or Umiko." He had heard the rumors. The girl before him was the Sage of Six Paths daughter. Legend had it was that he dropped a portion of his chakra into the sea, creating her. She bowed down to him, "My original master has died many years ago, may you become my master?" He didn't speak as he started to leave for the base. Perhaps it will raise the Akatsukis trust in him if he brought her to to the base. She followed behind, able to keep up with him. They got to the base a few minutes later, where Kisame was waiting with Pein.
"Whose this hm?" He asked Itachi who turned to Pein.
"This is Umiko, or Daughter of the sea." Kisames eyes opened. "Ya mean she's the Sage daughter?" Itachi briefly nodded to his partner. "Yes, and I myself saw her rise from the water."
Pein didn't say anything but studied the young woman who seemed stiff as a tree.
"If she is who she says she is, then she shall battle Kisame. I shall view this battle." She nodded and bowed down to Kisame.
"Gomenasai." With this, she axe kicked him in the throat, she sent him flying a few meters into a tree.
He got up and wiped the blood from his mouth,
"This is gonna be fun." With this he unwrapped Samehada. He tried to cut her but she dodged it. The most she got was a single prick on her hand. She looked down at the now liquifying hand.
"Your sword can eat chakra." He grinned.
"So you've already figured it out ha?" With this she brought the nearby river by her side. She brought the water down, engulfing the two of them in water. She turned her body back into the water and attacked Kisame from behind, slicing the skin on his back. Kisame summoned his sharks but she left no smell, so they couldn't find her. Eventually she grew tired and used the water pressure to form a large cut on his stomach, leaving him unconcious from injuries and chakra overuse. She healed his injuries using her chakra and placed the wraps around his sword once more. Pein and Itachi led her inside as she placed Kisame on his bed .
