It Only Takes One Time

===> Be Kankri (p.o.v)

I honestly do not know why I am here. I should not be here. I should leave. My face feels hot, I know that I am blushing. I know my face must be completely red right now; there is no doubt. I stare straight ahead of me to see a large oak door leading into a hive that matched its size. I turn my head behind me to the yard that is even bigger, there is beautiful shrubbery all over in neat organized  patterns. It truly is breath taking, but that is not what I am here for.  

I turn to face the door once again and try to build up my confidence. My arms are stuck to my sides, and my legs feel like stone. My nails dig into my palms and as my nerves run wild. I should leave. N9 Kankri, y9u must d9 this! My hand shakes violently as I bring it up to knock on the door. I knock three times that are loud enough to be heard through such a thick door. And I waited.

I wait patiently for approximately 32 seconds before the large door slowly opens. The face that is revealed is not the face I was hopping to see. At the door stood the youngest Ampora, Cronus' s 'brother' you could say, Eriden. 

He looked at me up and down then gave a death glare. "You're here for Cronus, aren't you?" He asked as he raised an eyebrow. I felt my face burn more as I nodded my head. "He is up in his room, you knoww wwhere that is." He opened the door wider and moving aside to let me in. I stepped in walking into the main room with a spiral stare case leading up to the second story and beyond. I look up the steps towards my destination. Eriden walked off swearing at me under his breath as he walked into a different room. I feel my heart begin to beat much faster as I remember what happened last weekend.

===>Last Weekend (3rd person p.o.v)

On Friday, Cronus had a party at his large hive while his ansester was away. He invited all of his friends, and then more trolls showed up which was not good. Some troll had brought troll alcohol and almost everyone got drunk, including Cronus. Porrim had dragged Kankri along because 'he needs to get out more' as Porrim stated. Everything was going okay until Cronus found Kankri. 

"Hey there, chief, vwhat are you up to?" He asked swaying side to side as the alcohol was taking its toll on him.

"Cr9nus, please! Y9u l99k as if y9u are a69ut t9 fall 9ver. Y9u sh9uld rest! Y9u sh9uld n9t even 6e drinking in the first place! Y9u kn9w, this can 6e very tri-" He  was cut off by Cronus putting his finger on Kankri' s lips and shooshing him. 

"Kanny, vwhy are you bein' such a buzzkill. Vwe are just hawvin' fun." He said slightly leaning on Kankri. Kankri was death glaring him. "Vwill it make you feel better if I stop?" He asked Kankri bringing his face close to Kankri' s.

"Well, It w-w9uld make me feel 6-6etter." Kankri stammered while blushing. "Y9u are my friend and I w-want the 6est for y9u." He said stepping back a little. 

Cronus smiled and grabbed Kankri' s hand making Kankri blush mildly. Kankri did not speak, and he just let Cronus pull him along. Everyone around did not even notice the two ascending the large stare case. After they reached the second floor, Cronus continued to drag Kankri down a long hallway. 

"C-cr9nus, what are y9-" He began but then they made a sudden turn into a bedroom. And was pushed onto a human bed on his back. They were in Cronus' s bedroom."Cr9nus! I demand y9u tell me what y9u are d9ing at 9nce!" Kankri yelled sitting up.

"Kankri." Cronus looked down at the lowblood on the bed. Kankri' s face flushed red as the highblood began to sit down next to him. "There's  somethin' I vwant to tell you. It's kind of important, so could you just not talk for about 5 minuets to let me say vwhat I vwant to say?" Cronus said in a serious tone. Kankri nodded while still blushing.
