"I don't know what's going on in my life, it's a mess now and I am so confused" she sighed in frustration.

"Hmm look when I was of your age I always thought that my parents are always right, but I came to know it's not, I am not saying that they are wrong, what I mean is... It may look like that they are right, according to them but they don't know what's going on in our life and what we are feeling " he turned his face away from her to hide the pain written on his face.

"And marriage, it's a big thing, it's your life and it's a very big decision" he thought for a while and continued,"think twice or thrice about it, you still have time, you are just engaged to him think about it, do what your heart is telling you to do and don't be afraid of the world" he finished his sentence without even blinking once as he knew if he does, then the unshed tears in his eyes will make their way.

"I know but everyone is happy, and that's what I want" he cut her off.

"Are you happy ? Sometimes it's good to think about yourself too" he resorted, stroking his hairs in frustration.

"I-I ... erm... yeah I think" she trails off.

"You know you can't lie, you are pathetic at it" they both chuckled.

"It's not that I don't like him, Masha Allah he is a nice person, very much into deen and I know him too, not much but its just .. I think I am not ready for it" she fiddles with the hem of her hijab.

"I know you are not you are still very much immature." he looked up at the sky and whispered to himself, "and that's the reason I haven't proposed you, I wish I would have"

Aiman was so much occupied with all those thoughts of getting married that she couldn't sense the sadness behind his words, she couldn't see the pain in his eyes, she couldn't see how broken he is feeling, she was too naive to understand it and he was well aware of it.

Their chain of thoughts broke when Alishba entered," Aiman here you are !!! C'mon, everyone is searching for you !! And especially 'bhai' " Alishba teased her would be sister-in-law.

They both stand and when Aiman was about to enter the house, he said,
"Think about it again, I know it's a difficult decision to make, but this decision of yours is going to effect more than two lives" he looked at her hopefully.

"What do mean by more than two lives? I don't understand" she furrowed her eyebrows.

"I wish you could understand" and with that he left her and walked out of the garden.

She was standing still not understanding a single word he said, "What does Arsh mean by 'more than two lives'?"
