After getting fired from CCPN, I seriously needed a drink.

Scott Evans apparently thinks that The Flash is a fraud, I tried to convince him otherwise, and that blew up. I guess he has a thing for that writer, Iris West. Wouldn't blame him, she's really pretty, and really sets her mind to something.

I went to this cheap bar in Downtown Central City, with great music and awesome setting. Today, was not my day. I saw this really cute guy walk in some friends, oh...and Iris West.

The really cute guy sat next to me, and his other five friends beside him. You could tell he needed a drink. I tried to ignore the fact that they were there, I didn't wanna move because
1. This guy is really cute
2. It might seem shady that i move when they sit down.

Iris finally made me.
"Hey...do I know you?" She says to me
Then every one of her friends start staring at me. Great!

"Uh I don't think so..." I said trying to avoid a bunch of conflict

"OH YEAH, you work for CCPN" She shouted

"Past tense, i got fired this morning, by Scott" I told her

"Oh? I'm sorry, what'd you get fired for?" She asked

"I tried to convince him that the Flash was not a fraud, and he tried to tell me that I was lazy and The Flash IS a fraud, which isn't true if you tell me" I tell her

"Hey, I know for a fact that the Flash is definitely not a fraud" The cute guy said "hey you seem like you need a dance"

"I'm not much of a dancer" I say quietly.

"Hey neither am I, but apparently shaking your hips is considered dancing, so....shall we?" He asked

"Yes we shall" I laughed taking his hand

We got onto the dance floor, and all he did was shake his hips, no surprise there, then I tried to make casual conversation.

"So i should have probably asked this before you asked me to dance, but what's your name?"  I asked

"Barry, Barry Allen, you?"

"Y/N, F/N, L/N" you laughed

"Great name, so you and this Flash thing?" He said "why do admire him so much"

"I never said that, how do you know I admire him?" I asked

"The way you said his name, the fact that you fought for him, even though you didn't know who he was under that mask" he described

"He's a hero, he's what this city needs, I don't need Evans to tell me that our hero has sunk to a level where he needs to be a felon."

"That's really inspirational, you should write a piece about Evans" he said

"Maybe I should, thanks Barry"

"Anytime" he pulled out a piece of paper from his pocket "and he's my number if you ever want a friend to call"

I thought this was the perfect time to make a move, and so I did, I looked at his paper and looked at his face and saw him smiling down at me. So I pulled his dress shirt and kissed him putting my elbow over his neck. There I felt his hands touch my waist and then I let go.

"I'll give you a call Barry Allen" I said and walked away, I went to the minibar to close up my tab and I look to my left and I saw this long haired dude and this black dude giving Barry high fives and pats on the back. I could tell he was eager to give me a call.
