I Am Who I Am

I am who I am
My name is unknown.
I am myself,
I am one of a kind.
Like a snowflake.
A snowflake that is a chatty Cathy.
A snowflake that talks to the clouds.

I am who I am.
I'm am not a special person.
I am everyone,
I have those masks of mine.
I'm a person who sits alone,
Even though she is surrounded by people.
I try my best,
But my best is not my best.

I am who I am.
I'm a person behind the pen,
and paper.
You see me,
but you really don't.
I'm a ghost that no one sees.
They may see me,
but they don't really see me.
I am the sound of silence.
That is my signature sound.
They all never truly hear me.
