>>Annahale's POV:
Today. Today is the Triwizard Tournament. The one I was drawn for, but I didn't put my name in. The one that killed someone. But here at Hogwarts that's not unusual.

I laid in bed, thinking of what will happen today. Will I die? Hagrid showed us part of the challenge last night after the match. Dragons.

Charlie Weasley, my second favorite Weasley, trains dragons in Romania. He told me about some of the dragons that were in the cages last night.

Let me think...there was the Swedish Short-Snout, the Chinese Fireball, the Norwegian Ridgeback, the Welsh Green Face, and of course a Hungarian Horntail. Charlie told me about them.

I walked out of the dorm slowly. It's not like I wanted to do this. I bet Harry was doing the same thing.

The others were already in the Great Hall. They were learning. Chase is almost healed; just a few more days is what Pomfrey says. Fred has tried to apologize; I'm thinking about forgiving him. I haven't seen my father, Donald, or Dumbledore in days. I'm kind of starting to worry. We were told about the Yule ball that will take place in mid December. I don't have time for that.

I walked to the Great Hall, slower than ever. Before I entered someone called my name. My father.

"Annahale." He called. I didn't answer him. "Good luck today. Be careful out there." As I turned around he was already walking the other way. I ran towards my father and hugged him. He hugged back. That was the first time in years we hugged.

>>The Tent

Harry and I were sitting on a cot, silent. Then I saw Fred walk in looking for me.

"Annahale!" He called. Without thinking I ran up and hugged him. "Fred." I spoke.

"Listen, Annahale. I'm sorry. I never should have listened to your father-" I cut him off.

"Fred it's alright. You were just looking out for me and I never should have gone off on you like that. I love you."

"I love you too. Good luck today, Annahale. Do you have a plan?" He asked.

"Yeah, I've always got a plan." Fred was shooed  out  of the tent as the competitors walked to a medium sized tan bag. We were told to reach in and grab a baby dragon.

Fluer went first. She got the Welsh Green Face.
Next was Viktor. He picked the Chinese Fireball.
Then Cedric; the Swedish Short-Snout.
Then it was my turn. I slowly stuck my hand in the bag, pulling out a small Norwegian Ridgeback.
And of course Harry gets the Hungarian Horntail.

After everyone, but Harry, took their turn battling their dragon, it was my turn. I walked out of the tent after one last good luck hug from Harry. The Norwegian Ridgeback was standing in front of me, guarding the golden egg we heard about.

I stood there, almost too afraid to move, but I knew I had to. I quickly got behind a boulder, hiding my body from the scorching heat the dragon gave from it's fire breath. I stood up, holding my hand out as I said, "Accio Firebolt!" My broom flew to my hand and I quickly jumped on it, ignoring the people screaming in the audience. I flew circles around the dragon's head as fast as I could to confuse the beast. It was even making me sick. I kept telling myself to breath and keep my cool, but I almost couldn't anymore. With one more time around, I flew upwards, the dragon trying to follow but couldn't because he fell back and down. He didn't move; he was out cold. I ran and grabbed the golden egg as I heard cheering in the crowd. I did it. I walked back, eager to open the egg.

>>After the challenge

"Harry you did it!" I cheered as we hugged.

"You did too, Annahale!" Our friends were gathered around us, cheering. Oliver, Kaz, Adam, and the rest came up to me.

"Annahale! That was amazing. How did you know that would work?!" Elizabeth asked me.

"Charlie taught me that when I was younger. Norwegian Ridgebacks are smart, but easily tricked." I explained.

"That was super cool!" Bree told me.

"Thanks. Now let's see what this is." I said, drawing my attention to the egg. I slowly turned the top and screeching was heard. Everyone quickly covered their ears and I closed it. "Harry see if yours does that." The same thing happened with his.

"We'll worry about it tomorrow." I said. "We have some time before our next challenge." I suddenly felt as everything was lifted off my shoulders.

I don't know when the next challenge is or what, but now I don't care. I'm actually kind of excited for the Yule ball now. Maybe I can win this thing.

I could be the youngest Triwizard Tournament champion...ever.
