"Then it has been decided!" A council member yelled. "That all us U~isshusupirittsu will grant wishes for children all over Japan! Any objections?" The chattering members around him soon became silent. "I will take that as a no. Jobs will be assigned for Supirittsu over 14 years old. Remember, the wishes cannot be anything extreme. Anything extreme, and you'll be banished to...Zetsubō no tochi" The room suddenly fell cold. Shivers went through Supirittsu's bodies. No one wanted to be banished there...ever. "Then, if that's all that needed to be discussed, council meeting over!"

"Come on, Eri! Wake up! You're going to be late to school!" Eri's sleepy eyes soon fluttered open to her father's voice. "Dad, I thought it was Saturday." Eri's eyes soon fluttered closed once more.
"Wake me up later"
"Kid, it's Friday, the second month of school."
"Ohhhhh...OH!" Eri shot up like a bullet. "I'm going to be late I'm going to be laaaaate!" She zoomed into the bathroom with her navy blue uniform in hand.
"Breakfast is already at the table, alright?
"Yes dad!"
A few minutes later, Eri was fully dressed and ready to go, her jet black hair pulled up into a ponytail. She raced down the stairs and ate her breakfast. "Guddomōningu, nēsan!" Her little brother, Hisashi, called from the top of the stairs. "Ohayōgozaimasu" Eri called back, her mouth filled with the delicious mixture of pancakes and bacon. "Don't talk with you're mouth full" Their dad stated. "Sorry, dad!" She quickly finished her breakfast then slung her My Neighbor Totoro school bag over her shoulder. "Well, I'm off to school mama!"
"Bye kiddo, make sure to watch where you're going, okay?"
"Okay!"
"Bye bye Sis!" Hisashi ran and hugged her legs.
"Bye" She giggled then walked out the door.
Her smile turned into a frown. It was the third week of school, and no one has talked to her, or even acknowledge her existence. Sheesh, middle school is tough, Eri thought to herself. If she had enough courage, she would've gone right up to them, flashed a great big smile, and say "Howdy! My names Eri!" But, since she's not very social, she decided to stay put. She arrived at school, and walked into the halls, ready to tackle another day of school.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
