You say you are happy,
but I know you're not.
Your eyes don't sparkle like they used to.
Your voice doesn't travel like before.
That smile doesn't glisten like in the past.
I want so badly to tell you this.
But I know it's no use.
You've always kept your emotions in a bottle
and the last thing I want to do is unscrew it
So I'm just gonna agree with you,
Even though we both know,
We are agreeing to lie,
When we know the truth.
