Chapter 2: A Father-Son Talk

It was dinner time and the Axis were eating pasta. Italy was twirling his fork in the pasta, deep in thought. He was still bothered by the vision he saw a while ago morning and was worried about the well being of the people of that galaxy. 'This is really really really bad. What kind of horrible weapon could destroy five planets at the same time?'  "Italy."  'This weapon obviously used the same mechanism as the Death Star only with more power.'  "Italy."  'This could be the work of a dangerous rogue group but how did they get that much materials to build such a weapon?'  "Um, Italy-san."  'This group must be something really serious. I wonder what happened next, did anyone do something about this? Did-'  "Italy!" Italy was pulled out out of his thoughts and his head shot up facing Germany and Japan.

"Italy-san, you've been thinking really hard and looked really stressed and worried since a while ago morning. Is everything alright?" Japan spoke with concern in his voice. Italy smiled and said "Uh si! Everything's alright Ve~." Germany asked "Are you sure? Because you've just been twirling and poking your pasta with your fork." "Si I'm fine, there's nothing to worry about." Italy answered still holding the smile. But Germany and Japan knew that there is something bothering Italy but kept silent and continued eating.

After dinner, Italy went to his bedroom and changed into a pink sleeve-less shirt with black boxers. He laid down on the bed staring at the ceiling. He sighed then sat up and did the indian sit. He closed his eyes then inhaled and exhaled. Even though nobody on earth knew about the Force, that didn't mean it doesn't exist there. Italy or in this case, Anakin remembered what his old master Obi-Wan said to him about the Force. "The Force is what gives a Jedi his power. It's an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us and penetrates us; it binds the galaxy together." One time, Italy was meditating, coincidently at the same time Luke was meditating, Luke heard Anakin's voice within Italy and Italy can hear Luke's inside voice. Ever since then, when Italy has a lot of spare time he would meditate and sometimes talk with Luke. Italy then called out with his Anakin voice.

'Luke! Can you hear me?'

'I hear you father.'

'I believe you felt it too. There was a great disturbance in the Force.'

'Yes father, I felt it.'

'May I know who were the ones that caused it?'

'It was the First Order. A group that has risen from the ashes of the Empire. They built a new Death Star but unlike the old one, this one is built within a planet and they call it the Starkiller. It was the one that was responsible for destroying the five planets, but the worse thing is that those planets were where the new Republic was formed. But luckily we had the Resistance under the command of my sister General Leia and destroyed the Starkiller.'

'That's a relief. But who is the one whose leading this First Order?'

'Their supreme leader is a force-sensitive man named Snoke. Snoke also has an apprentice who calls himself Kylo Ren but his true name is...Ben Skywalker.'

'Ben?! Isn't he your apprentice?'

'I failed him as a master. I thought I could teach him to become a great Jedi but it didn't work out at all.'

'Luke. Don't be too hard on yourself. What you just said sounds like the same thing Obi-Wan told me when we fought on Mustafar. I knew that he was depressed but he didn't let that stop him from keeping you and your sister safe from the Empire and he was brave enough to be aboard the Death Star even though he knew that he will encounter me.'

'I guess you're right. Thank you father. That's exactly what I needed to hear for I have an apprentice.'

'Who is it?'

'Her name is Rey, a scavenger from Jakku but I have a feeling that her past is somehow connected to us. And here's a thought, how about you train Rey for a few months on earth.'

'Me? Train your apprentice? But I never had any experience being the Master.'

'So had Obi-Wan and so had me.'

'Alright. I'll train Rey for a few months on earth.'

'Thank you father. And may the force be with you.'

'Thank you too son.'

Italy opened his eyes and smiled. "Thank you very much Luke." Then he thought of something. He stood up from his bed then crouched down and pulled out a small wooden chest from under the bed. Then he lifted the matress of his bed and got a key then used it to open the chest. Inside the chest was a rolled up blueprint. He took the blueprint and rolled it out on his bed. "It's about time I made this."
