After dinner we talked for a bit and Lauren and my mum got along really well I thought.
I walked her up to her door and stood there with my hands in my pockets.
"Thanks for a great night Crusoe. I really like your mum. She's lovey just like you. You look a lot like her" she giggled punching my shoulder teasingly.
I laughed and pulled her close for a hug.
"I'm glad you guys got along. I want the two most important people in my life to get along" I said kissing the top of her head.
"I love you Crusoe"
"I love you Lauren"
