Mae's POV
"She looks so perf-" My alarm with off. I turn it off, dragging myself out of bed. 'Why is school so hard?' I thought. Life is hell for me...
I drag myself downstairs, seeing beer bottles all over the place. I sigh, going in the kitchen. 'Nothing....' I sigh again. I go back in my room, taking a shower and drying my hair. School didn't start in about an hour. I blow dry my hair and straighten it. I do my makeup and get dressed. About an hour later, I start my way to school.

"MAE!!" I hear. I look behind me and see my best friend, Matt. "Hey Matt!" I smile. Matt was My G.B.F.(Gay Best Friend.)"How are you? Its like we haven't seen each other in so many years!" He smiled happily. "I'm good" I reply. We talked and talked. He told me about his group of friends. Chase, Jason, Hayden, Holly, and Blade. We went on a search for them. "BABE!!" I hear. A guy about seventeen waved. "CHASE!!" Matt screamed. I followed him over to his friends. "Guys, this Mae Hemmings. She's my best friend." Matt hugged me. Most of these people were taller, compaired to me. I waved shyly. "Hai, I'm Hayden!!" I guy with black hair said. "I'm Chase" He hugged me, which I returned. "I'm jason" he waved. "Holly!" A girl screamed. "I-im Blade...." One said quietly.
