*Rainelise's POV*
I leaned back on my seat and sighed in frustration.
"Why is he taking so long?" I muttered under my breath and lowered my cap so that it could hide my eyes... What? Oh, no. Pssh, I'm not an idol or actress trying to avoid attention or something. My eyes could close any moment, yojust wait. And no. I am also not on a date. IN THE FRIGGIN' MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, WHY THE FUDGEPOPS WOULD I THINK THAT?
Anyways, I'm on the Incheon Airport, waiting for my dad to pick me up and I've been here in like since 2:14 IN THE MORNING, AND NOW IT'S LIKE 3 AM! AND I'M JET-LAGGED. AND RIGHT NOW I'M HAVING AN MENTAL EXPLOTION OF RANDOM FEELS BECAUSE JET-LAGGED.
Oh, before I forget, Annyeonghaseyo, Rainelise imnida. Or Rain for short. Or Elise. Or whatever you want to call me. Squishy sounds cool, ok. I have my Korean name too since I was really born here in Korea. South Korea to be exact. My Korean name is Jung Soo In. I like it. *In British accent* But I am accustomed to my English name, thank you. lol
Anywho, Jung Soo In is my Korean name. Oh don't blame me for being a bit boyish in speaking sometimes, I accuse my Canadian friends. Yeah, from Canada to Korea. Long distance right?
If you are wondering why I'm here, my parents forced me to. Aiish, just when I was just having fun with life with my strict but fun grandparents. And also my friends of course. I was there for like... 6 or 7 years? I'm not really upset though but I really have a strange feeling
I'm in college now, and winter vacation just started 2 days ago. We (me and my grandparents) got the call form my parents unexpectedly. I was kind of upset when they said I HAVE go back here, in S. Korea. But nevermind that, they called us just in time for vacation, if it would've been on school days... I don't know. Hey, don't get me wrong, I'm not a nerd. There are times when school/college is fun. Like having your friends around. Yeah.
Don't mind me mentioning my friend, right? Thanks. Her name's Alison who was literally torturing me because I get to go to Korea where her 'bias' is. No, srsly. I have a bruise up on my upper right arm maybe... 2 cm big? That gurl can punch.
Alison told me or should I say ordered me through LINE that if I see EXO or any member of that group, I should say hi and take their autographs for her. She gave me her Luhan solo poster and a poster of the whole group for them to sign their autographs -___- She's obsessed! She would spend her money on albums and merchandises. She almost spends $500 you know! Well, she's kinda rich so I think it's ok. FOR. HER. I suddenly hear a giggle and realized it was just me. I laughed silently for remembering those. Lol. RLAB.
Someone tapped me on the shoulder. "Rain-ssi?"
I looked up and saw my father's secretary. I quickly pulled out the earphones out of my ears.
"Oh, sorry. How long have you been there?" I asked, a bit embarrased. I laughed at myself.
He chuckled. "Not too long, just enough to see you laughing at something." Song Ji Woo is one of my childhood friends. His father is a friend of my Dad. They were pretty close. Ji Woo is also a troll. Beware of him.
"Lol, so is everything alright?" I asked and looked at me phone to see if dad sent any message or something.
"Ah, mianhae Soo In-shi but could you wait for a little longer? You dad just got out of an emergency meeting but is now on his way. There was a bit of traffic though," he seemed to be reading some messages from my dad on his phone and then he puts it back in his pocket. "I'm really sorry for the inconvenience." He did a 90 degree bow. To me. I panicked. I quickly shook my head.
"O-oh, A-aniyo! I-it's fine, really. I could wai-- hold on a second. Hold the phone." I put my hands in front of me and dazed up at him. Ji Woo merely smiled innocently.
"Ne? Is something wrong, ma'am?"
Yup. He's definitely taking his chances on trolling me. Aish, this boy.
"You're taking your chances, Ji Woo."
"I don't know what you are talking about, Rain." He said, still with his innocent smile and then fixed his rectangular glasses.
"Oh cut the crap." I finally laughed and punched his stomach playfully. Why do guys have hard stomachs? Does this guys even have abs? He laughed and tried to stop me hitting him.
"Ok ok, I'll cut the act but I still got you! Ha!" He stuck his tongue out at me. I stuck my tongue at at him too.
"Hello and shut up Mr. Obvious." I grinned. He rolled his eyes.
"Whatever and you shut up Miss Clumsy Penguin," He said. "Srsly, are you sure your fine waiting for Mr. Jung a little bit longer?" He peered at me, lifting my cap a bit.
"Ne,I'm good."
"Oh I know you. You couldn't even wait for 15 minutes." He grinned at me.
"Shut up, Troll face! People change." I felt my cheeks go hot of embarrasment for some of my childhood. Ji Woo smirked.
"There's a small cafe close by, do you want to wait there?" He peered at me again.
"I'm fine here, don't worry." I flashed him a weak smile. He frowns a little.
"If you say so then... just send me a message if something happens or if you need something. I'll text yu if your dad has arrived. I'll be at the entrance. 'K?" He gave me a smile and jogged off to the entrance. It wasn't pretty far from here.
I put my earphones back again. Goodbye Summer came in exactly as I put my earphones in my ears.
I like Korean pop, sure. Must be my Korean side?I'm not that much of a fan though but i like there memes. Kekekeke (Just mimicking peoples' laugh). Mom's Korean-Filipino. Dad's pure Korean but maybe was raised in Canada. I dunno.
Lemme tell you about something... I DO understand Korean. I was raised here. But you see, when it comes to songs... I don't care what the song means. As long as the tune is really good. And the dance moves. Thumbs up. Double thumbs up.
Sometimes if I'm not THAT lazy, I would try checking and understnading the lyrics and words. Hey, I was in Canada for years, I had to use English.
Anyways, back to the story.
