"Oh my gosh!! What to wear!!" Adriana fell worried
Why do girls always worry about their clothes to wear!?? About their looks??? And in everything?? (>_<)
After 30 minutes still she's undecided until someone calls on her phone.....
"Hello who's this??" Adriana asked
"Is this Adriana Lopez??"
"Yes speaking.. Why?? "
"Are you the girlfriend of Mr. Zayn?"
Ahm...she suddenly be silent and started to ask herself..
(Am I his girlfriend??? I don't know... He's not yet asking me formally) (>_<) ~_~
"Am. I guess I am?. May I know who's calling??"
"Ma'am if you happened to be his girlfriend, please come here in St. Luke's Hospital.. It's an emergency. Thankyou" then he hang up the phone
Adriana feel so worried. Rashly grab her bag and forget to wear proper clothes (She's still wearing pajamas) and she wears her bunny slippers and ride a taxi to easily reach the hospital.
*At the hospital*
She's walking fast directly to the information desk.
"Excuse me. Where's the room of Mr. Jacob Zayn??" She asked
"What's your relationship with the patient ma'am?" the nurse asked

"Thanks" she grabbed the paper without checking it then directly go to ER.
She slowly open the door and really feeling cold and nervous. When it was open already Jacob was lying on the bed with oxygen and has a bandage on his head..
She ran towards him with tears flowing down his eyes..
"Doc is he okay??? What happened??" she asked crying
"Ma'am he's been on a car accident.. You have to fill up the form and sign it."
She looked at the form that she's holding and read from the top until she reach the final question saying.....
**"Will you be my girlfriend??"**

Then she cried loudly then he slapped Jacobs arms..
"You!! Why do you have to do this prank!! It's not funny!!" crying
"Babe sorry.. I wanna surprise you and I can't think of anything that's memorable for you" ^__________^
"I hate you!!"
"Really Adriana you hate me?? Then why are you still wearing that pajama and your bunny slippers???"
"Jacob!! I've been really worried.. I can't lose you" T_T
"Babe you won't, sign the paper please and be my girl"
Then Adriana signed the paper with big YES. Then she hugged Jacob so tight and then everybody cheer them up.. Including the doctor, nurses that help Jacob hired to make the plan possible..
It's now official!!
Adriana Lopez is in a sweet relationship with Jacob Zayn.. 😘😍❤❤❤❤❤❤💘💘💘💘
