Kennedy's POV
I heard my parents fighting about something downstairs. Ugh they do this all the time. Like seriously shut up!
I grabbed my headphones and plugged them into my phone and started to listen to Melanie Martinez's crybaby. Even with my music up all the way I can still their shouting. Damn. They fight about the most stupidest things. Right now they are fighting over the dog. Well my dog to be exact. Her name is London she is a husky. I walk, feed, and bathe her and I buy her new toys with my own money so I don't understand why they even have a say in if we get to keep her or not. Anyway they would not shut up. My mom was saying how we should get rid of her and my father is saying that we need her. I'm a 100% on my fathers side for once. I'm just waiting for-oh wait no there it is. A vase was thrown.
I've had enough. I take my headphones out and slam my phone down on my bed. I storm down the stairs. London was right behind me (as she always was). I went into the kitchen and just stood in between of my parents, usually they stop as soon as I step downstairs (they don't think I can hear them from my room but as you can tell they are wrong). They just kept yelling. London was barking I was looking at everything and I couldn't do it. I snapped. I grabbed a knife and went at them both. I was in a  daze for 30 mins all I remember is hearing London barking and my parents screaming. When I "woke up" flashes of what happened came flooding in. I looked down to see a knife in my hands. Oh. My. God. This was real. I broke down crying. No no no no no. I didn't mean to they just wouldn't stop. Not my parents I mean they didn't stop but it was the voices. Yes cliche right but true. When I came down stairs all I could hear is make them stop make them be quiet. So I did it I made them be quiet forever. It hurts. It hurts so bad. "I didn't mean to they made me do it they made me!" I was screaming to my parents as if they could actually hear me.
